High 5 Habit: amzn.to/3fMvfPQ
The 5 Second Rule: amzn.to/3372Rl9
Mel!! I will complete my hospice volunteer training on May, 21st, and will be working with patients soon after. While I have always had a heart of service, when Judy talked about her experience in hospice, I KNEW it was for me to learn and lean into. Thank you!!
1 Nutrition Eat healthy, whole, non-processed foods non glutin, non sugar,
2 Anxiety How to calm run-away thoughts
3 Money Easy ways to be aware of what you have, how you are spending, what you need
4 Body Language Secrets - Intimidation - Looking confident - Knowing when someone is lying to you
5 Morning routine to live longer and be happier
The morning routine is much more doable for a retired person
Although if you get up really early, that would work
1 get up early
2 turn on sauna
3 drink water with orange power packet
4 have a latte
5 go back to bed and go through email
6 play a hand of bridge
7 get into sauna
8 say mantra Sa Ta Ma Na while in sauna
9 drink kombucha, apple cider vinegar, fresh squeezed orange
10 go for a 5km walk
Great advice from 86yo Judy Robbins
- no need to be lonely - take care of someone who needs care and they will love you - hospice volunteer
- don't wish for tomorrow, live in today be grateful for today
I absolutely love how Judy put it “Don’t wish your life away”. I’m going to try to live by it.
When lonely take care of someone. Great idea, can’t wait to try it. Thanks.
Incredible, and hospice volunteering, I have done that before my husband died, as a aspect of my job. And I don’t fear death. I am incredibly grateful for life, sometimes the empty spaces where my husband used to work or sit cause me a moment of grief, but I am human. And grief has its place. But while we are alive and connected to our community and still can function within our fellowship of friends, I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for this video.
Thank you Mel. You’ve inspired and moved me this morning. I’m going to eat a better diet and live more in the moment. I do spend time with people who are housebound, I’m mainly housebound myself so when I’m well enough to go out I visit others and it’s incredibly uplifting. I love you Mel, you’re an inspiration.
😊😊😊😊
Your mother in law is an inspiration, she could learn my mother how to live properly ❤

Yes I’ve just taken control of my own health and lost over 5 kg with fasting intermittent fasting and eating to keep my insulin low for longevity, but I have done it using Stevia. I’ve been told by food scientists that it is fine. He never quite finished that sentence also Monk fruit
I have to admit, while I value all the inspiring information from you, it’s overwhelming to keep up with. I’ll just watch the ones you recommend for now.
Thank you!
I'm one of your students watching you from SOMALIA

Absolutely. It will keep you in the corner. I've experienced a lot of different mental health and physical health. Since I was diagnosed with one cancer in 2020. And after getting done 2 years later, with treatment and radiation I um I found out I have to write reprogram myself. Yes, You and your guess really helped me get through the day like suggestions? I have come a long, my thouphysical exercise and different things. To bring my body back and I changed. My diet like mark Haylmansays.
❤❤🎉😮
I know from personal experience its works. Its hard at first, but the rewards are fantastic, without dieting i lost the 6 1/2 stone I had been carring for 20 yrs!! Arthritic pain gone( excercise really important ) thank you Mel you getting great work out here. 😊
I understand, but what do you use for salad dressing and to go without butter? Oh good enough!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤ LOVE IT, THX MELL & .......
My dad rode bicycle until he couldn't. He has neuropathy in his feet. He rode bike until he was 86 yo. The only reason he stopped his because he could not feel his feet. He has been in a retirement home with help for 4 years. The whole time he has been there he as used his walker for everything. The last 3 months he is using a wheel chair because he is having trouble moving his legs. Still uses the walker with help from a nurse to use the bathroom. He is 89 and keeps doing the things that he can do. Your mother in-law reminds me of my dad. Keep doing until you physically cannot.
My dad has the same-awful disease, he was so active before
Ms Mel i am proud of you for continuing to be a good provider despite some of the ungrateful insecure people who push their negativity in attempts to intrude to your good vibes. Sometimes no need to look for a heart when youre a walking version of one. I appreciate you!
Ps.. i do fancy this take of a short highlight compilation of past episodes.
It is Sat Ta Na Ma😊
48:22 Never take apple cider vinegar without mixing it with something. It can damage your throat if taken straight, full strength. She only said mix it cause of taste so I thought I'd just throw that in here.
I drank it straight and was in great pain in my gut. Will never do that again.
There is a show on Netflix about your Gut health, they say your gut is your second brain. Very very informative ‼️👏🏻
What is it called?
@@thevegansons1713 hack your health:secrets to your gut
Thank you Mel you are amazing and so are your guest ty so much ❤❤❤ love you Mel 😅
I LOVE your longer videos! The time you took to compile this information is much appreciated and I can't thank you enough for all that you do! Life changing information in one video that would have taken me months/years to find on my own? Sign me up!
Really great info - please note neurodivergent people may eye block more not out of wanting to hide or lie, just eye contact is really uncomfortable 😅 like sand paper - I am on the Autstic Spectrum and if I am tired i find it VERY hard to maintain eye contact in a conversation 😅 Thank you again - your information has really changed my life ❤
❤❤❤❤❤
My mother who has mental health issues is staying with me a couple weeks so I’m going to return to journaling because I feel myself spiraling and refuse to get dragged down
You are my reason to keep going I'm bullied all the time thank u I've been through a lot losing my kids trying to start over and love myself and forgive myself you are my savior you're actually my lifeline thank you
This title would lead people to need to share it to know these are clips of people viewers are interested in.
Disagree. Writing my thoughts down has always reinforced my anxiety and enhanced the intellectual rationale behind my negative beliefs. Not all advice is universal.
12:24 lol.. he’s not the most respected functional medical Doctor. You guys live inside a Well!! Come out of that Well and you will find how other countries/cultures are far more evolved!!
This was a great highlight of episodes. Thank you Mel for what you do. ❤
COCONUT oil & MTC oil is proving to save our senior brains . 😅😂???
thanks from IRAN
I am going for a run! 🏃♀️ your mother in law looks and is amazing!
Judy's statements about happiness reminded me of Matthew Hussey's description of happiness as a continuum instead of a destination and learning how to be "Happy enough."
"It's not your fault" but change your ways... Well it is kinda your fault if you eat shit and don't exercise. Also calories in and calories out is a simplification. First video is inaccurate.
Thank you! I enjoyed hearing from a variety of people & look forward to listening to the full episodes of them! ❤
You are the inspiration mom
I enjoy ur conversations and advices, I really appreciate them ❤
God Bless you ❤
Drumroll my BFF cu, I have none
The finger movement that your mother in law was mentioned is the after prayers taspeeh we did it five times a day as a Muslim
What is it call?
Love your show Mel!! Thank you for making such a difference in people's lives!
Loved each speaker first and foremost Mel! I am excited to do a 10 day reset, make my budget list, use body language with a difficult person, and do the mantra and live for the day!
Insightful video
I love you for this, but it’s literally not rocket science like how can so many people be confused about what to eat?
Thank you for this exceptional summary!
Hi Mel, I’ve seen lots of your videos but believe it or not never seen any of these. This was a great idea to put this video together. Will definitely start with your mother in law. Thank you!!!
I cant find the links
WOW! Thank You so much , Mel!!! This was a "domino" episode 🙂 You "handed" (5 episodes = 5 fingers = grab it/ run with it!) us a treasure! Loved and Appreciated it soooo much! Reflection opportunity!
Interesting
Mel love your channel, I broke my foot and have been having to keep my foot elevated and have been loving your show thank you for this Gem of a show and you are a delight🌷🌼🌺
Good luck with your foot from France! Me too I had a hallux rigidus opération and am sitting in bed with my foot up too!
And... enjoying great and interesting podcasts ❤
36:46, i can not watch her at 1.75x, she speaks to fast.
1.25x works
Thank you Mel! Your podcasts are amazing! Your mother in-law has just given me a purpose for my life. I’m going to do exactly what she suggested: go to Hospice for training!
Only days away from feeling better ... I wish 😢. Not when you sitting in SA and don't have bags of money!!!
I love when you guys do this!!!!!!!!! to me it’s like a follow up with a friend. I love this channel Stephen on diary of a CEO just did one of his. That was absolutely fabulous. You guys are awesome.
Thank you for this podcast ❤ I have really learned my craft. I have an ability of listening and helping people that just need an ear with no judgement. I’m always looking for something to do and this podcast has helped me get a little bit of sense about my life. Thank You ❤😊
Great episode! Thanks for the condensed information. Already implementing a good bit of their suggestions, will continue to improve.
Im going to say this. What these doctors are saying has been written centuries before. In the bible. There you have the original plan for living a healthy life. But because the bible says so, people will disregard it because they dont believe in the bible. This is nothing new tht they say. Remember, what was will be.
Epic episode! Loved Judy’s advice
Enjoyed this!! Watching TH-cam! Thank you!!
I've watched two videos on your channel wasted time foe searching rabithole of cut vids. :/
I am going to relisten and then determine what I will be incorporating
Good Morning, Mel! 🚀⭐️
Thank you Mel! This was chocked full of positive info.
Don’t wish your life away and love on someone else in service to receive love
I love Tiffany. Learnt so much from her.
Barbara O'neill said it first.
Mel, you don’t know me how can you love me?
Great ma'am Welcome from Nepal
I love this episode and will learn all of the !
I absolutely loved every one of these podcasts! I'm so glad you reminded me how great they were... I want to listen again. Thank you, Mel, for helping me be a better person. oxox
Hey Mel, thank you so much for all of this but especially those wise words from Judie. I’m trying my hardest but at work life it’s so hard. I have to listen and be way more patient and tolerant with employees than I’m with close friends and family. My employee did the steeple in a meeting when we discuss change in hours 😮 before I had a chance 😅x
