- Press brake I built to form 10ga hr Sheet. I can form 10ga up to 36" wide. I built it with a reverse ram because I form a lot of steel boxes. It cost around $250.00 to build complete. I'm using angle iron for my punch and die sets, to form thicker material you just increase the die width opening by using larger angle. I am powering this with a 20 ton air over hydraulic jack.
Круто!!! Самая простая и мобильная версия из всех, что я видел.
Great idea, it frees up a ton of space to work above the dies. Thanks for sharing
Stumbled across this vid. Never seen one before, but i like it. Don't suppose there's a diagram or parts list anywhere?
Hy bud great design. Few years too late. Made one also...however having trouble keeping the bottom die parallel...any tips. Cheers
I want to make a reverse ram with my everlast welder. I really like how you have yours laid out.
I'm in the process of building one myself.
Stumbled across this vid, may just modify my design !
GREAT JOB !!
Thanks for sharing! Do you have a video up of just the press brake and how its built?
thats probably one of the best ones ive seen, good job, thanks for posting
Thanks .i have wanted too make one .i could make this out of scrap. I like this design out of all.
Very good video, thanks for sharing your knowledge through your channel.
Hey first reverse ram brake I've seen on youtube. I will be making a reverse brake with my everlast welder soon.
Thank you, this is a much better plan for me. I think I even have the material leftover to build it tomorrow.
that's genius.. I can integrate that bending surface to the end of the fab table I'm making. nice design 👍.
Nice design. I want to weld a press up with my everlast in the next couple of months
More details would be appreciated, really nice work. I'm building with 11-16 gauge metal sheet of around 48" length max. This is the perfect design for me!
I want to weld up something like this with my everlast at some point. Maybe not quite as long as 48" though.
I have an everlast to! TIG/Stick, 140st, it works so well
Nice deal! How much air does it require? CFM? Pressure??
congratulations... very very good... i will assembly equal... pleasy send more videos he working...
Nice bend. Sears sells a rebuild kit for that air compressor. I have one too like to drove me deaf.
Hí I really need to build one but I do need at least 2 meters long to bend. Do you think it's possible to make? May be using 2 jacks 20 tons each? And also using stronger materials.
Do you have a material list available for the reverse ram metal brake
Very Cool, think I might make one for fun
I like your collection of Bending Tools. Is that a Fabricated Slip Roller as well?

Very nice work... Now I am in trouble with my wife. It is on my To-Do List. I would pay for plans and parts list for this machine... Very useful!
Good Job.!
nice work!
wish you had shown the break from both sides.
Hey Mike, are you interested in jotting down your design for your Bending Jigs? I would be serious to pay you for your time... Please and Thank You!! I don't have a Mill and a Lathe, but I might be able to find someone to do the work.
amigo muy bueno su invento pero lo malo es para bajarlo le falto ingenieria !!! saludos
How thick was the sheet you were bending?
smurphy265 10ga (.135)

what size tubing and wall thickness did you use? Do you or can you put together a material list. You have a great design there.

👍
I build most all of my fabrication tools. Here's a link to my sheet roller.
