Está bueno el trabajo, pero unas cosas, la lima plana nunca se desliza hacia adelante y atrás es solo adelante para limpiar los cortes no es un serrucho manual para madera y en algunas ocasiones te olvidaste de la seguridad eso es lo mas importante en un maestro

due to spring-back, do you allow a little over 90* in the bend, so when it comes back it is AT 90*?
I would have thought you would elevate the outside of the angle iron when welding, to give an acute angle of about 88*, to allow for 2* or so spring-back.
Has ANYONE done any measurements to account for this phenomena?

The box section is all the same width so the sandpaper is to allow a small gap each side after the plates are welded on. Just enough for the middle box section to slide up and down without being too tight.
