Is that fire box super insulated to withstand the fire needed to bring that far end of the smoker up to temp??
During long cooks on the santa maria..how do you get the ashes out, to keep cooking
Unless your cooking for days on end ash build up is not a real problem.

The only thing that's changed is the body, all grates, racks and doors are interchangeable with the units built from tanks.
