The change to gold looks great with the green and wood tones. The stand for the soap dispenser is great. How cool would the lever on the toilet tank would look in gold, too.

Really pretty....I'd have left that board off the top of the window...it blocks view of the black trim at the top and really isn't necessary for anything. Nice job.

Looks good! I love the new faucet, the longer ones are my preference they make room so you can actually use the sink without competing with the faucet and it's a much prettier style.

I love the updates, matching hardware just makes everything look so intentional & cohesive. I'd love to paint my windows black but I have the white grids in between the window panes. They really look so nice in your home.

Rub n buff is going to be my solution. Thank goodness I don’t have to remove the light fixture 🤗🤗🤗
I love rub n buff! It comes in lots of different colors.
I use rub and buff in antique gold alot but it can be too brassy so I use an antiquing glaze by Valspar to tone it down and give be an antique brass kind of finish.
Love the small updates - they made a big impact - also appreciate that you are budget conscious

The windows are holding up great but I live in Texas so I never open them. I didn’t use a topcoat.

I am always afraid to try metallic looking spray paint because i don’t want it to look cheap but I love the gold color spray paint you used - it looks so expensive! Thank you!

I came here to make the same comment and ask the same question. Lol I didn’t see it in the description but I’m glad I tried reading the comments before I bugged her. This gold is beautiful in the bathroom turned out fantastic!
I have 2 bathroom windows on our patio about the same size as yours. When we installed the new window, we had the privacy frost glass installed in them. In the daytime, I still have a light woven blind that comes down and at night I have a Roman shade that also covers one window and the other in addition to the privacy glass has cafe curtains. Why? Because people (usually women) still want privacy. When I redo the bathrooms I am planning on placing in a new shape higher, shorter and maybe wider, just so that it’s not an easy line of sight.
I would prefer that smaller window too

Do you think you need to stain the two wooden shelves to match the soap dish? Is the mirror trim wood or metal? If wood I would also stain that to match the soap dish and shelves.
I don’t think the mirror is real wood. I’m ok with the different wood tones.

Welcome! We replaced all of the flooring on the main floor right after we moved in. It’s actually water resistant laminate.
