Gellot, would you like to update this video with the link to this Steam discussion, explaining that the game is not available anymore? steamcommunity.com/app/525630/discussions/0/1700541698699481946/ Sad, but this is where we are right now.
Some good news: the game is once again available, now on the creator’s website, with a few changes. Most notably, the soundtrack is entirely original, and the Russian language option has been removed.
Am I the only one who thinks that the Fallen Human should have been the final boss? The music and the mood are perfect for a final boss. It kind of reminded me of Gwyn in Dark Souls.
It's weird, isn't it? When I first saw this video, I thought it was just a clunky indie game with some flair and some flaws as well, standard fare that I'd forget in a week. But I didn't. I came back, time and time again, as this dying world grew on me more and more. The final fate of the game only furthers the point.
The first two fights looked rather tedious, but then the atmosphere really grew on me. The designs of the bosses and the OST are both very good, and the Database encounter is a suprinsingly interesting idea.
[WARNING: ASSUMED GENDER AHEAD] just look at her face for a moment. the thought of exactly WHAT was going on there. but actually her face itself was disturbing enough
How do i fight the slithering Insatia if i am only level 4? Because of how slow i am, it does not work with this fight. No mater what i do, he will do unavoidable damage to me almost like a forced loss done poorly. I know that he is avoidable if i am level 8, but i killed the other bosses before him, so i am too weak to even defeat him.
if you look closely when he stops trying to halt the worms/neuron things in favor of attacking the core it spawns red zombies after they reach the other end.
Robots have no choice but to obey programming. There's an interesting game called The Fall devoted to this. (In fact, I think it also received a sequel last year.)
I think the implication is that she's a body made by the intelligence core to destroy herself through her own automated defenses (hence the hand on a giant control stick mimicking your movements), because the dying world is suffering.
OK, at the start of the game, you are level 9. After you defeat each boss (with the exeption of Database) you lose a level. During the final battle, you regain full power or something like that. But get this: You are only boosted back up to level 5, not 9. But the best part is, you still have more health and.... whateve the other stuff is than you did when you were level 9. Becuase....... I dunno.
wow, and what is the point of becoming weaker the more u progress, don't get me wrong, i think is an interesting and wonderful idea, but to what purpose obeys that in this game? nice video
I believe its meant to highlight how pointless the whole thing is. You have no reason to continue onward other then your 'programming', your goals are apparently shallow, your enemies withered and toothless and every 'success' just makes you weaker. from a game play perspective it allows the dev to ramp up the pressure and difficulty without having to over complicate gameplay.
From the Steam page: The events unfold in a dying world, dominated by machines and artificially created lifeforms. Warmth generators, the very last remaining living creatures in the world are used by machines as energy sources. You control an android woman made out of Resin, who was programmed with a task to slay the Warmth generators. Ironically, without their vital energy her life would also fade away.
It is a goddes of fate and crafts(mostly spinning and knitting) in slavic mythology. She is usually depicted as a humanoid.I dont know what she has to do with a bunch of worms and a face on the wall.
Basically is a post apocalyptic world were robot slaved the last flesh beings to gains heat. The main character was progame to kill the Heat Generators, killing all the robots incluiding herself.

Wow
Woah, the discussion of the game actually made me more sad than the actual game
I'm still trying to find more about the Developer and see anything else they did. I legitimately think it's a shame they removed this from Steam.
If you check the last page of the steam discussion asking about how it got nuked, there is a link.
you know, these are some pretty creative bosses with some pretty creative names and gimmic...

the most disturbing boss in this game (in my opinion) was the Famined Vualter. it's the design itself that just creeps me out.

How does Mokoth even attack you? It just looks like they send out weird fleshy worms.
if they get to the red thing at the end it probably does something.
if you look closely when he stops trying to halt the worms/neuron things in favor of attacking the core it spawns red zombies after they reach the other end.
what do you think is the hardest Boss?
Sprawling Flesh was a little more challenging than the others. Avoiding everything without taking damage is kind of difficult.

Its because all machines in the world are using the last living creatures as energy sources. When one dies, all machines get weaker, including you.
