WOW! WOW! WOW! Delicious & Nutritious! So I got a Submarine Bun and placed these Meatballs inside and topped it with the sauted Peppers & Onions and topped it off with the Teriyaki Sauce. WOW! Teriyaki Sauce is absolutely Divine! Instead of chopping up the 3 Peppers, I got a bag of those 3 chopped Peppers at Trader Joe's Frozen food case, saving a lot of time and I added in a sauted onion. JAVANT is now my #1 go-to WFPB Vegan Chef because he makes the most Nutritious Plant-Based Vegan Recipes!!

My cookbook is planned for next year. However, I will be offering a super helpful Vegan App this summer. It will include videos of me discussing my journey and tradition to healthier eating. 1 will share some strategies and tips that could be helpful for people who want to transition to vegan eating and for those who are already vegan but want to improve their diet. I'll also discuss the supplements that studies indicate are important for vegans to consider. It will have all the recipes from IG plus dozens more that will only be available on the App. It will include a meal planer that allows you to print out the recipes. It will create weekly meal plans and give you a list of ingredients you'll need for groceries, and allow you to print out the items. If you have allergies, it will choose recipes without the ingredients you are allergic to. It will offer fitness exercises demonstrated by me and provide macro and micronutrient info for all recipes. AND ... It will allow anyone to schedule video calls with me for cooking lessons, nutritional info, kitchen necessities, and to discuss how I personally transitioned to healthier eating. Or, we could chat about whatever you desire. Ill be posting a lot more details about it before it's released, so please stay tuned. I know you said you prefer a book, and I will definitely have one by the end of next year. So, if you want to wait for that you can.👌🏾

It will be very comprehensive and interactive and will include meal plans that you can custom design to your preferences (allergies, macro needs, diabetic considerations, etc ). It will print the recipes and grocery lists and also include exercise suggestions with me demoing different exercise options. I am very excited about both of these projects because they will provide great tools and guidance for people to make the recipes and improve health. Flax seeds as well as other nuts, seeds, potatoes, grains, and lots of carbohydrates in general can form acrylamides if cooked at a high temperature for too long. My approach is not to eat these foods prepared this way too often. Also, I eat lots of various plant foods that are high in flavonoids. Flavonoids help to reduce acrylamide levels in the body.
