Nice to see this series continue. Another cool set I've been using the Kodak Portra 800 v2, recently, which looks great on a bright, sunny, airy day. Will have to try v3, which I think is based around a Peter McKinnion formulation? (I think). I think v3 looks a little more stylized/niche....and Emulsion '86, looks ideal to team alongside Fuji Superia 800, when you're looking for a slightly more subtle look, a slightly more gentle version of Superia 800, if you like = I will def give this a spin. The Ilford one looks excellent and is definitely going in!...I have been using Kentmere Pan 400 B&W of late and got some nice results with it = recommended, a nice docu-style B&W look. Cheers.
Portra V2 is pretty similar overall v3 is a bit less gritty. I'll have to check out kentmere out. Thanks for watching! I've already started testing for episode 8!
That's pretty much these video are. The recipes i talk in these videos are ones i use for at least a month or two before filming. It takes time to shoot the example photos i use. After I finish an episode I move onto the next set of recipes for the next video.
I'm always looking for new recipes to try out. Any suggestions on what I should try out next?
Yessir. Pastelchrome by Eddy Maynard dropped yesterday. Great recipe.
@@kevintoews5656 that's already on my list to check out! Eddys got some great content on his channel!

So good! Love the film box thing that you did!
Couldn't have done it without you making the recipe's!!!
@@selishots I appreciate your kindness!
Great video again 👏🏻
What would you replace "nostalgic negative" of the VI with if you only have a xtrans4 sensor? Classic Chrome? Thanks
I think classic negative is a bit closer but reach out to Fuji X weekly, he'll know better then me
@@selishots thanks 🙏🏻 I'll give it a shot
