I think it is likely that Greg is now doing weighted cardio with the fishes.

I am pretty sure Greg is on a very long vacation....which is appalling and frankly unamerican. Anything more than two weeks is smelly European socialism!
Makes me appreciate the union-busting, hard-working entrepreneur Eric all the more!

Honestly, I would love to hear a discussion between you guys and Menno Henselmans about interference-effect for lifters; he argues, that most studies not show a negative effect as they are conducted in untrained populations.

Hi Eric. I’m currently doing swimming three days a week. Mon and Wednesday each an hour / 3 k sessions with a squad. Fairly intense. Saturday racing. Very intense but just races so shorter. I have moved Hypertrophy upper body training to non swimming days. So upper body Sunday Tuesday and Thursday. Legs on swimming days but at the other end of the day from the swim sessions. Does your comment that there is little interference equally apply to an upper body focussed cardio exercise like swimming? It’d be fair to say I take both forms of training fairly seriously but Hypertrophy is the priority for sure and swimming tends to be more a summer thing.

Far out Eric that union has you over a barrel. Losing faith in your negotiating skills.
Hopefully the MacroFactor devs don't unionise, would hate to see what sort of concessions you would make.

Can I point out the rather obvious elephant in the room? Fitness? Increasing cardio leads to an increase of fitness. Fitness being a measure of efficiency means less calories burned .
This should be most obvious with the high BMI group. They are likely starting from a low fitness level and any increase in activity leads to a jump in fitness.
Have any of the studies included a measure of fitness? Are they long enough to observe this? VOmax? Anything?
