Woooohooooooooo! This was hard for me, but I made it through with only a few mental "mf'er's." Lol. Yes, it's not very lady-like, but I got through it without quitting. The image of brushing my external aura energy was very helpful to keep me mentally "relaxed." I feel great!

Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. When brushing the auric field I started to cry from deep down, I do feel lighter and relieved. I’m delighted to have found the way to you helping me reach that place. ❤ At the point when starting the mediation, after gazing through the Mudra on the pinky fingers, I saw a triangle like shape at the third eye point in red, surrounded in dark red framed by dark grey. Those were definitely not happy colors noticing an upcoming weird feeling, maybe fear throughout my body. It started to get a bit better during meditation. However not that usual positive energized afterglow after closing the practice. Usually I feel like the energy is stuck in the throat center and doesn’t reach the third eye. Sometimes yellow turquoise-ish pulsating, also in some practices i can see the purple eye, but the energy is not breaking through and going back down then. However always energizing, happy colors and leaving fully positive. Had anyone experiences similarly to mine or does know what it could mean? Just being curious, not freaked out. 😌 And what I‘d kindly like to ask @Yogigems, since all of your practices are so great and amazingly working, would there be the possibility to target some emotions specifically, like sadness, shame, grief, resentment etc. ? ☺️😇 Lots of love and have a wonderful day ❤

See how you feel - replace it with long, deep breathing if that feels kinder. Adapt the kriyas as you need to be gentler on your body. Allow your body time and space to rest and integrate, take a longer savasana, drink lots of water and eat clean, and be gentle with yourself. Sat nam, dear BorneoCicada, thank you for this suggestion. In terms of adapting your kundalini yoga practice for moon days, there is a precaution on breath of fire. See how you feel - replace it with long, deep breathing if that feels kinder. Adapt the kriyas as you need to be gentler on your body. I will indeed create a gentler practice for moon days - a lovely idea. Love to you ♥️

Thank you for sharing, dear Juliana, yes, a strong healing practice like this one (and indeed many kriyas!) can take some integration, which can show up as fatigue. Allow your body time and space to rest and integrate, take a longer savasana, drink lots of water and eat clean, and be gentle with yourself.
