Many Thans for this practice, Dear Salima. Does it work on autoimmune disorders or there's something more useful?

This is a great choice for autoimmune. Especially if you practiced and resonated with it.

CRAZY good. Last week I did this when I had a severe cold coming on. I just did this mediation again a week from last time, and I have an idea of the root cause of the illness now. I'm looking forward to see if the root of it is deeper than I realize now. We shall see.
    Thank you Salimah.

I just did this medication practice, and I can absolutely feel the difference in my body. I feel less stressed and my mind is quiet, for once. I will continue to do this meditation almost every night. I'm also in sales, for a car dealership. I'm in a wow 😮!! I absolutely love it and embraced it all in. I want more sessions like these if you can post. I would like to try them. 🥰🥰💓💓 Please keep me posted.

I LOVED this one. Contained many of my favorite Kundalini moves, and there was this bit where the instructor told people not to fast forward through the lying down meditation! And I cannot fathom anyone wanting to do this-that's the best bit-where the energies come together and do their work -where you, the yogi ALLOW the healing to happen. This vid is excellent on so many levels. Well done!

Salimah, thank you so very much. This morning I arrived too late for my kundalini class, was so disappointed, and then I searched online (the first time for kundalini, which I now realize is my true practice, after years of other yoga), and chose your practice. I'll be returning to your classes, such a beautiful complement to my regular in-person class, which is unfortunately only once a week. Now I have an easy path for more support. I am grateful for your help.

    Hi Salimah,
I hope you are well. I just finished this video this evening. I’ve been doing this one for a few days in a row now, in conjunction with the “balancing head and heart” practice. with each practice, i feel an impact, however this was the first time i felt such intense physical reactions in my body, such as very intense shaking, rapid eye blinking/twitching when my eyes were closed, fast heart beat and warm body temperature. this happened in the first part of the kriya when balancing with one knee and opposite hand.
i’m writing because i want to know when we experience something like this, whether to stop the practice or to push and keep going. i chose to see the practice to the end, trusting that i would “calm down”. with reflection it seems like my body may have been releasing something quite literally, quite intensely.
because of the abruptness of it, at first it could feel like something is wrong and i’m curious what you recommend in this situation - how to talk to yourself when it happens, and gauging when it may be too much vs keep going.
thanks so much in advance! I am grateful for your videos.

Hi there thank you for asking this important question. First of all pls know this is a normal response to stored emotion/energy in the body. What KY does best in my opinion is to release the nervous system. And that can look like shaking, tension, crying, laughing, heightened sensation or perception.
If you can sit with it - you will be able to witness what you’ve been holding. And if it’s not the right time to do that work - you can choose to step away. It’s a fine line to make that call. But now you know that you can. And it’s available to you. And that is very healing just on its own. You can say - show me what I need to know, what does this sensation mean? What is my body holding? Ask these questions in a polite and caring way Keep me posted.
