- Crossover steering from off road design (ORD). Includes steering arm, drag link, kingoin hi steer connection.
- ORD - steering box brace. Prevents any frame cracks in future due to oversized tires. Frame is in excellent shape
- PSC steering box with hydraulic ports, ready for hydraulic ram or hydraulic ram assist if desired
- steering shaft conversion from rag joint to u-joint style
- Upper king pins rebuilt With upgraded polymer bushings

- (5) 37 inch hummer MT tires & wheels.
- Hutchinson rebuild kit for wheels that includes double bead lock PVC inserts.
- freshly painted wheels for a tough military aggressive look.
- Tires all have 95% tread.
- Stahl steel 2 inch wheel adapters (best on market). Yes these are hubcentric and completely balanced. Best you can buy.

What motor mounts did you use on the 454?? The original 6.2 mounts?
Were did you get the steering shaft?
Where are front inner fenders Wells? I have the same truck and I pulled the turd 6.2 out too
they were taken off in order to get better access to while putting everything together. It has new ones that went with it to new owner. truck is sold.
I wanna put hummer beadlocks on my cucv, but not sure if I need spacers? Can you point me in the right direction for spacers? Thanks

Didn't use bead lockes , ended up buying a set black rhino arsenals! There 20x12. And they look pretty sharp!

Yes, these are custom built Stahl - steel spacers not the dangerous aluminum.

What size wheel spacers front and rear
Bill Arrow I used Stahl Wheel spacers. These are steel 2” spacers. Steel is more expensive (5-6 hundred) but recommended for larger tires heavier vehicles.

Oil pressure seems kinda low
Big Block 454's minimum is 10psi per 1000 rpm's i believe. This one is sitting at idle in the video and showing over 20 so id say its good to go.
Seems kinda weak for a engine with so few miles
