I have a Blackstone and would NEVER recommend it to anyone because of this issue. Their "fixes" don't work and you shouldn't have to reset all the time like this. They offer to replace their garbage regulator with the same one that doesn't work. Stay away!

I fixed this problem permanently i bought a adjustable regulator on Amazon for 13 dollars and it's been working perfectly for 2 years the one that came with my blackstone was junk and it went into the junk.

Bull. If this is happening, you have a faulty regulator. I unhooked and changed bottles, and nothing changed. If Blackstone has the gonads to make this video, they know they are supplying low quality faulty regulators. Mine went out before I went through a 20lb bottle. This makes mad.

Flame was great then died down. Tried this fix 5 times, no luck. New tank of propane...no luck. Altogether out of luck. There must be something I'm missing. Perhaps an operational regulator.

Doesn't work. From the day I got this grill, it took 30 minutes to cook a dang burger. Avoid at ALL costs

Sounds to me as if the regulator is a low quality item. Why does it need to be reset? What occured to make it go into this "mode" whatever that is for?

I could not hear the instructions, as the stupid music was playing.

Not a regulator problem, it’s a blackstone problem

  • @methodicalfabricator6617

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS NOT A COMMON ISSUE ACROSS ALL GRILL MANUFACTURERS.

  • @DaringToWealth

What I have found to do is beat the Blackstone with a 20lb sledge hammer to get my frustrations out .........

Well you all know where these lovely regulators are made!

Did this on a Blackstone 17 and it lit up well then petered out after about 10 seconds. Did this several times. Then I got a shorter hose. The shorter hose and resetting the regulator did the trick the first time. Thanks.

This really worked. We just bought our blackstone. I cooked on it last night with no problems, and then today, it was still warm to the touch after 15 minutes. I must have been a little overzealous with turning on the tank. Thanks for the video!

I like everything about this grill except the constant problem with the regulator. I have decided to just use camping propane tanks which is not economical. You guys should fix this problem
