I combined your upper body program with a 30 minute Steel Mace lower body workout, using two versions of mace 8.5kg and 11.2kg (18.8Ph and 24.8Ph). I am 50 years old. I train with Clubs + mace twice a week and twice a week with my own weight for the whole body, and I dedicated one day to your mace program in the introduction and finally I enjoy training and my age is now just a number. Thanks for sharing, it's the 2nd workout I'm doing from your channel. I like it, but the exercises could be a little longer or more challenging. I'm just starting out with the mace and trying to replace my gym routines with mace workouts. Thanks again, keep it up!
When the mace is horizontal, pull apart (like you are trying to pull the mace head off) and for the movements with the mace held vertically, push your hands in towards where your knuckles are facing.
Watched on 2x speed, and still too much talking for what I came to see. That said, thank you for the guidance and the sick moves. Definitely adding these to my routine.

When you say tension on the bar....are you trying to separate hands or bringing them together?

My ankles are so weak that I can't even to a correct reverse lounge, I always tip over. Any tips?
