    Great workout. Lateral press was the limiting factor for me, but was able to
    Maintain pace and weight otherwise!

    It really IS killer. I had trouble walking up staris to my apartment :< second day and I still haven't fully recovered :00

    Thank you folks! I've been using my mace or gada with shovel glove, but this gives some nice variation.

    I really like this guy and mace training in general. I cannot condone the internal rotation and flexion he does w/ backhand around 3:30. That could be impingement territory for a lot of people and it doesn't really do anything. :( Sorry- want to support you!
