I have only one 10# mace and am a beginner in the mace world. Thanks for publishing this useful content.

Likewise, thank you for publishing these! I've got 7 lb, 15 lb, and 25 lb Set for Set maces from your team and appreciate the workouts! The write-ups in the comments are also much appreciated to have a cheat sheet in the back-yard when I'm working through the WODs.

I just did this with a 10lbs mace and 2 sets each time, since it's the only one I have, and holy smokes! Can really feel it in my shoulders and core!

swinging 1 handed 4kg mace has become easy, but doing it with 8kg is still really awkward. not really sure how to keep increasing weight for the 1hand swings. Any tips on how to get those improved?

Really appreciate the class but the severe echo makes it really difficult to understand the audio.

It was this or it being done while the room was full of people. I think we made the right choice!

why no warmp up that makes you warm and prepares your body for a workout? im afraid with my fitnes knowledge that this is not good enough to jump in a heavy weight mace workout

Will a 10lb sledgehammer work to see if I like this kind of workout?
