Bought my first mace about 15 months ago. It was a 5KG one and I couldn't do any of your sessions. You came up on my feed yesterday again and just did this with a 10KG mace. Delighted and excited about going back over your material. Thanks for sharing, great session. 👍 my arms are wore out 😀
Cleaning wise, a standard cleaning product should help keep everything looking pretty good. If there is any damage or rust, scrape and sand the affected areas, then you can spray with a can of Rustoleum in whatever color your mace is (if it's a SET FOR SET mace, Matte Black works well)
Great video. I'm looking at getting a steel mace myself. What weight would you recommend for a starter? I lift every week but have never tried this before. I don't want to go too light and need to upgrade fast and I don't want it to be too heavy. Any advice would be appreciated!
For people just starting out with steel maces, we recommend going with a 10lb or 15lb mace. We've seen very experienced heavy-lifters getting great work-outs in with a 15lb mace. Stay strong! - SFS
Another excellent workout
Always ready
I love the burn!!!! I finished the whole sets
Always a good day when Set For Set uploads a steel mace or kettlebell workout !

Just grabbed a mace from CK Maceworks, this is REAL helpful.
Only thing better would have been a SET FOR SET Steel mace!
Thank you I finished the whole sets … how can I purchase a mace #10
That's awesome! You can find 10lb maces for sale on Amazon.
Question, is there any way to maintain your steel maces? Like preventing rust and cleaning etc
