    I no longer become nervous for a performance, because I know the audience will enjoy my performance no matter what. But I do get nervous when I am about to be assessed. For example, I am about to have an audition at the US Army School of Music next week for a course I am required to take for my career advancement. It is really important for me to score well on my assessment. No matter how much I practice, I still feel nervous for the upcoming assessment. Do you have any advice to cope with what I am feeling?
