Hay doctors im happy to say your program is a blessing and i went to doctors telling them i had costocongitis after looking it up on the interner . They asked if i had any trama to the area in my chest where the pain was. I told them no . They sent me to do an exray looking for trama i got upset cas i wasted money doing that but i asked the doctor if costo could show up in the exray and he said yes but when i asked him he said its not there. My doctors said i do not have costo and wanted to treat me for pain they dont know about . So i collected my results and said no im not taking any pill. How can you treat what you dont know. So i went to youtube i saw you rolling a ball up and down your back. You said the back could be the problem . I didnt have a balls like you had ,mine was too hard for me so i used materians to make one hard enough to do the job and soft enough for my delicate skin . Walla i was cured thank you very much.❤❤❤❤❤

I'm so glad I found this video, it made me smile! I have a bulging disc in my lower back that if I turn wrong it ends sending pain in my lower right back. I'm not too sure it's sciatic because the pain doesn't go down my leg. I tried the tennis ball one and the pain went away! So glad I found this video!!!

Julianna Devereux I have pain in my lower right back above my cheek, just got off a chair and it happened. Haven’t gone in because of all the virus stuff so have no clue if it’s a pinched nerve or bulging disk. It does not go down leg at all. It’s hard to tell where he is putting the tennis ball because his pants are so dark. Did you put it on the cheek or above the cheek, which is where my pain radiates from.?

Bling bling put it where ever you feel it should go. I put it on where I had pain but also moved it around. Your pain is basically where my pain is so I’m thinking its a pinched nerve from a possible herniated disc

These exercises are effective and best exercises to strengthen back muscles… As a physical therapist at healthclues Hyderabad, i want to mention that Lumbar disc herniations are a fairly common condition and are often seen in the physiotherapy clinic. In most cases, the condition resolves well with physiotherapy treatment. Awareness and use of proper posture and good lifting techniques, along with a maintenance program of exercises help to ensure effective control of this condition following physiotherapy.

I watched your vid on Slipped Disk (disc?) symptoms after I went to see a Physio. The Physio checked for the slipped Discs and by that time I wasn't as bad, they said it was either a posterior/ Anterior tilt (can't remember which one) and tight muscles as a result. They gave me the second stretch you did with about five different other variations, which werent effective because I stretch everyday anyway. I was happy just to manage the pain, but after I stopped going, I injured my back again. Because it's the NHS in the UK it takes like two months before you can see a physio.
So I started looking for stretches for a slipped disc until I could see another physio after I watched your video, because that's what symptoms I had (couldn't raise left leg when lying flat or sitting) when I was sore.
I did the first and second stretch in this video, because I had seen them on your channel before, mixed with other stretches I do.
I didn't even need to go back to the physio as the pain was completely gone, the first stretch, I think, was the one that relived my pain for good. Seriously good video and underrated. I know you shouldn't go online for medical advice, but this was fantastic.
Though, I'm back watching these because I jacked my back lifting heavy ass dumb bells when doing triceps extensions. It's getting better already withing a few weeks, last time it took over a year.
If anyone even reads this, keep good form when lifting heavy ass weights, unless you want to end up in Snap City.

I see you have added lots of new video! This one, the first exercise is part of my general stretch class. The second was the key exercise by a spine PT group when I ruptured a lower lumbar disc about 10 years ago, they had me drop to the floor and do this every hour, 10 times for 3 sets. Besides aiming to strengthen my core, it seems to have been to keep my spine flexible as it healed.
Do you have a video for my newest current problem - in my stretch class the first half is arm stretches while we march and move our legs briskly - 4 steps forward then 4 steps in place then march back to the center. Do this to the right, then to the left and then start all over. Some variation, goes on for 20 minutes. I now have a very sharp pain deep in my lower right butt cheek. If I carefully walk straight I am ok, but going up or down stairs with pressure on this point is when I feel the most pain. Or at night on my back, if I bend my right leg and let the knee turn to the right side I feel the pain. Not sure if a strained ligament or muscle? It's been a few weeks, seem a tad better but not gone.

Wow thank you!!! I was admitted to the hospital this past weekend. I could not believe it just thought much easier to get testing done WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN that I would rather a throbbing tooth abccess or be in child labor. Well, I did the two ( not the stretch with the ball ) yesterday and today and I feel much much better. Their is herniation between L3 and L5. That is all I really know right now. I also have a tailbone that protrudes outward rather than curving inward and it truly HAS BEEN a pain in my butt for years! My spine has slight curvature everywhere SLIGHT they always said. Ugh! I have lost most feeling in my right leg to my big toe however that sctatic nerve just doesn't know how to shut up sometimes! A full month of excruciating pain. Can I heal on my own with due diligence such as remaining as straight as possible, not lifting anything heavy, taking my ibuprohen ummm cannot handle 10 mg of flexural never again after last nights 16 hour sleep it took hours for the weakness and heartache to go away. I am also coming down from tons of decodron and prednisone and told to stay at 30 mg pred for a little while. That will be in two days as I'm at 40 mg now.
But after these wow I'm nearly pain free for a good hour and maybe two hours!!! Thank you so much!!! God Bless🙏
