How I currently make money to fund UFC cards

- Welcome everyone to UFC Card Talk.
Here at UFC card talk I cover everything to do with UFC card collecting and investing. Each and every week I will cover the upcoming UFC event and choose three fights from the event and talk about the 6 fighters involved currents card prices and predict where prices will head in the future whether it will be up or down.
I will also talk about my PC items and recent buys and dive in to why i bought that cards.
This weeks episode is focused on the unique ways i'm currently making money in order to add to my budget in order to buy UFC sports cards. Every situation is different and i have had to get creative with the ways that I buy and sell in order to make a small profit to put towards buying more inventory to sell or money for PC cards.
These ways are not going to make me rich overnight but they certainly do add up over time. Plus i really enjoy it!
UFC sports cards are some of the nicest cards in the hobby and Iam hoping to spread the awesomeness with these videos.
I love it nickel and dimeing to save up for the big card, that’s what it’s all about. Great find on the soccer tins.

Really great information. I'd never thought about flipping soccer cards or anything other than UFC cards. Now to get looking for some deals on stuff I wouldn't normally have been after!
Yeah for me at least the is just no market to flip UFC cards unless i'm finding serial numbered cards of the superstar names for cheap which doesn't happen often enough. But it's fun to find other collectibles for dirt cheap at second hand shops, makes small amount and roll that into some nice ufc cards

@UFC Card Talk I don't blame u bro. I use to do that on ebay to, it was so much work, I didn't have time to do it. So now I take holidays once a year and sell a bunch of my stuff on ebay.

It’s great to hear I’m not a million miles off what you are doing (just about 2 years later!) The 10 trips to the post office for $2 card sales do add up and gives a bit towards the next Auto or Graded for the PC.
I love UFC but also Football (Soccer) and have found the same Brand/Type of card in UFC are worth a 1/4 of the soccer cards.
Do you share your eBay ID with viewers? Always on the lookout for players from my team that are too expensive in England
Yeah soccer is pretty hot still for the right card. As a recap in one of those tins i bought there was a Messi UEFA champions card that i sold for here in sweden for double what i paid for everything. sold other as lots and some others individually. Didn't make big dollars but definitely 5-6x my buy in cost and had fun doing it.
Nah, i don't share my ebay ID with viewers as its still just my private ebay. I've thought about starting one associated with the channel moving forward but have yet to do it.

Whereabouts do you live in Europe? I’m a fellow Aussie who lives in the UK. Impressed by the card shows here! But UFC is still a niche market here
Hey mate. I'm living here in Sweden. I've heard of the London show, is there many card shops there?
Here there is absolutely no cards shops and the only retail product that you can find that isn't extremely marked up is Pokemon and soccer cards.
The closest show for me is the annual show that just started in Germany last year so i might try to get to that one this year.
Living in Finland. We have 0 ufc card resellers. Would it be worth it to buy from Sweden?
Well if you can buy within the EU than you will save 30% on import tax right there. Also i imagine shipping would be a little bit cheaper too. So definitely worth a try! Message me on instagram mate and i'll see if we can help each other
What is the tax structure like for you there? Here in usa i have to pay income tax on all incoming money.
So Sweden in general is one of the highest taxed countries in the world. I have my normal 9-5 which gets roughly 30% taxed. But they do have a threshold for people who have a side hobby income. Or who might be selling second hand stuff that has already had the tax paid on it initially.
We are pretty much a cashless society here too now so all transactions as recorded. So as long as i'm not making big money then it's not something that needs to be declared.

Hey man, Hope you were able to get some sort of benefit. I didn't have much luck at all with soccer unless it was a Messi card which can be sold anywhere in the world. So not looking to buy into any soccer. Thanks though and thanks for watching
