There’s something about this song that’s catchy, yet calming and ambient. I think it’s how it feels likes it’s constantly building up to a climactic drop or theme, but never quite reaches it, so our minds can only wait and hope for the elusive ending to a song that represents the little peaceful gaps of life in between the terrors and anxieties of it. It never ends, and that’s what’s so beautiful about it.

It shouldn't be surprising that she is becoming as well-known as Mario...and yet, it kinda is.
What I find amusing is that she is becoming iconic as peck without having an actual name. Even her rival has a name ("Mu", according to the game's files. Obviously short for Mustache, but still an actual name, while Hat Kid is just that...Hat Kid, and the version of her in the scrapped ending is named Hat Adult). Part of me wonders if not having a name *helps* her status, though. People see her, then look up phrases like "girl in purple hat", and get her because all the art and stuff uses those words.

Now I know a lot of people who say they actually finished it but most of the time they lie, but for me it’s different... I actually watched the full 10 hours of this. Do I have any proof? You have no idea how many hours of stress this video has saved me over the years. I discovered it during my sophomore year and have just been throwing it on whenever I need to do homework or study as it helps me focus. I'm a freshman in college now and I still use this video.
I came back to this randomly after not listening to the video in two years. I was in college at that time working on homework, super stressed out about school and life in general. It helped so much. Now that I’ve come back to it I see that I was a little over 6 hours in. I immediately started crying feeling that level of stress come back to me in a nostalgic kind of way, and now I only feel tranquility and relief since I’m not burdened anymore. Thank you for making this so much

I am suffering with depression as well and have holosanasions of the man who made me depressed and I need sleeping pills to sleep but sometimes it's not effective and I have to have a night full of holosanasions but I have had more sleep because this video stay strong
