    Hello Nicole, I’m a 58 year old woman in London. I’m one of the hundreds of thousands of people who’ve been following you and doing your classes quietly. I was looking to substitute my live Pilates classes with an online alternative when we went into lockdown early last year, but didn’t like to come back repeatedly to any teacher until I found your channel. I’m not going back to live classes now, as your classes are just so mindblowingly good: always gentle but challenging, never boring, so many variations of moves... and such positivity, that it’s impossible to leave your class anything but feeling stronger in both body and mind.     Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    Its much better than heavy weight training I used to do like crazy.

    A quiet class follower here - came to say that you're a magnet! Once anyone does your workout, they'll keep thinking about when next, and which one of your amazing classes to follow along next. I'm obsessed with this particular one. I am used to incorporating weights in my workouts so I enjoy doing your pilates with light weights but when I'm feeling off, I go for your no-weights workouts and it's equally as effective and wonderful.     Note to self: did this w 3kg on each leg and 4kg on dumbbells and repeating the HIIT section. Took about 25 mins. Nice quick sweat, good level of challenge!

    First time doing a pilates HIIT workout and lets just say I'll definitely be doing this instead of heavy weight training! Best workout I've done and I feel great after it!

    Hi Nicole, I have truly enjoyed your workouts. You are thoughtful with your classes and instructions. I feel challenged with each class I take, but not overwhelmed. After each class, I am left feeling inspired and wanting more and that is why I keep coming back to you. My daughter who lives in NC introduced me to your channel when she was home in Indiana for a visit. It was fun to workout with my daughter. I in turn introduced you to my mom who lives in Indiana and is my neighbor. I did your beginners Pilates workout with my mom and she liked it. Your workouts reached 3 generations ages 28, 56, and 76. We are all able to find workouts that fit our physical abilities, yet challenge us and that we enjoy. I'd say that is worth celebrating as an instructor!!! Thank you!!! and Happy New Year!

    this is one of my favorite move with nicole workouts! it’s perfect to do in the morning to energize myself or during free time because of the short length, and it gets my heart rate up. i love how it targets a bit of everything, and my glutes are usually sore the next day 😂

    Hey Nicole, After suffering from Anorexia for about a year. I started doing your yoga pilate workout at home. You won't believe how my body has transformed (for real good). It is so much toned. I have always believed that to ton your body, you need to lift. But you have changed it all. Trust me, you have made exercise so much easier and I really enjoy my time especially when you smile and encourage in between the workouts. Will be carrying out your workouts until forever now.

    I i absolutely loved this HIIT pilates work out Nicole. You are a lifesaver for me! I’ve referred another person to your website who is hesitant to engage in pilates due to arthritis.     I found this channel a few months ago when my regular pilates class was cancelled. Since January I have had Covid twice (thanks to a weakened immune system) and an operation. However, your classes are really good to get back into fitness and improve at my own rate because of the variety of class lengths and difficulty level. Thank you for putting these on here and changing up the content! (I also love your standing pilates class, its one of my favourites).
