    I have some questions to ask to you before following this diet.
    1. Is this diet plan plan for a specific age group or can be followed by teenagers also?
    2. Can I do intermittent fasting with this diet?
    3. Can someone manage this type of diet if he or she is a college going student?
    4. Can milk be added in this diet plan daily?
    5. If someone has already lost weight but with calorie deficit diet and workout so should that person start this diet?

I'm ur big fannn.....thanks alottttt....I'm ur old subscriber mam.....2 years ago I had 5.9 tsh....I took six months homeopathy tablets.....later I quit everything...only thing is I gained weight...but not taking any thyroid tablets....I do yoga n exercise past 18years....I'm controlling tsh......needful video for everyone......may god bless you n ur family mam❤❤❤❤❤❤

    बहुत अच्छा समझाते है मैडम जी आप आपके Videos से काफी प्रोत्साहन मिलता है मैंने भी अपना वजन 10 kg कम किया 45 दिन मे बिना किसी दवाई पाउडर लिए बिना वजन कम करना पहले बहुत मुश्किल लगता था ऐसा लगता था होगा ही नहीं लेकिन अब बहुत आसान सा लग रहा बस सब्र और हिम्मत रखने की ज़रूरत है

    I don't know whom should we Follow. Bcz many of you tube channels are confusing ppl. Some one says don't eat jo war, ragi, dry fruit and even milk products. And someone says just eat fruits and vegetables and follow 16 hrs fasting. And this channel says eat ragi and milk products too. Feeling like Disgusting bcz I Am trying to find one best diet plan but till the day I didn't find even A single channel is best.

    the number of items in a day is too much too prepare . most of thyroid patients are lazy in terms it takes effort for the body to even to normal stuff . Even after taking medication it is very tiring then normal people . One can follow for 2 -3 days after it is not possible considering no house help

      @@smaviamehboob1353 yes i am taking medication but it got change 3 times with different brands so there is imbalance. I don't have insurance so I have not checked my thyroid level . But everything feels foggy , concentration issues . Depression . But i would suggest you should go and see a good endcronologist he/she set a medicine according to ur levels. Be consistent with it and everything will be good . Because earlier i used to feel much better now-a-days everything is foggy brain and problem in thinking clearly and making decisions.

    I don't understand you people research on what basis. Earlier to watching your video I watched some others which says Peanuts, Ragi and Palak should avoid thyroid patients and your video says to take all this. Whom to follow???
