I'd like to see us improve in the following areas." 3. Suggestion: - "Can I make a suggestion?" - Example: "Hey Johnny, can I make a suggestion to you? I don't know if I would put that desk over there. Here's why..." 4. Consider: - "If I were you, I would consider doing the following..." - Example: "If I were you, I would consider doing this, but you got to do what you got to do." 5. Permission to be direct: - "Do I have your permission to be direct with you?" - Example: "Hey babe, do I have your permission to be direct with you? The other day when family was over, you kind of joked about something that really bothered me." 6. Let me get back to you: - "Let me get back to you." - Example: "Hey Johnny, let me get back to you. Just give me a couple of days." 7. Make a case: - "Let me make a case to you why you ought to..." - Example: "Let me make a case to you why you ought to consider getting an annuity right now." 8. Please and thank you: - Using polite expressions like "please" and "thank you" to maintain positive interactions.
