Pretty darn impressive James. For the one gun hand pumper, that Origin looks like a sweet deal. Is that the same magazine that fits both the Gauntlet and Avenger? If so, do you know if it would fit the new Beeman Chief series repeaters? It seems these breeches are all coming from Snowpeak.
Just curious, why do you seem to gravitate to those lower weight pellets? You are getting great groups, but I always seem to get better consistent accuracy (in my shooting) with heavier pellets in the 18-20gr range. And that’s out of all of my rifles.
Might be because of price and availability, those are all pretty cheap pellets. Especially the Crosman domes and HP’s also you can find them pretty much anywhere, that would be my guess. 🤷♂️

I didn't have any luck with the Umarex Origin. It was accurate for awhile then chaos hit.Poor quality control ! The pump that comes with it,mine didn't work. It was easy to pump up tho.I know they have some good ones out there. I just had a bad experience with it and washed my hands of it.Luckily I was finally able to sell it and I saved up my money and got the Air Arms S510 fac model in 25cal. Havnt had a minutes trouble since then.Better quality and better platform overall.Shame On Umarex!!! Ed the professional backyard sniper man😂✌😎

Do a 100 yds . Interested if they begin wobbling after 5. I just posted a few videos of my new Walther Reign. At first the wind killed my groups. Then when it calmed down. I did another video and it was actually pretty good.
I've shot about 800 pellets through mine just in the first week. No leakage. More like stoppage. I couldn't pump over about 2500psi. Cleaned the check valve in the bottom of the pump and it's good as new. If you shoot a lot like I do, you will have some periodic maintaining of the pump to do. No biggie. It's pretty simple honestly.
I'm 100% happy I got the Origin. So far the only thing I'll bitch about is the fill probe. I understand the reason it's not like the Avenger, the ept system. Foster is the way. That would make the Origin complaint free for me. I like the ept. I'm a first timer for pcp and I'm hand pumping. From my understanding the origin is way more friendly to hand pumping than the Avenger. I wanted the Avenger badly and still will get one after I get a compressor. Origin is the best $300 you'll ever spend if your a first time pcp buyer.
Please I need your help, I have been thinking for two months and I cannot make the decision yet, I am looking for a rifle that has enough power, because I have a coyote problem on my ranch, I am in the middle of the g magnum fallow deer and this umarex origin, Both are around the same price but because of the spare part I think a lot because of the origin it will be more difficult to get them in Mexico. What is the approximate useful life of the parts of the unarex origin? This if you're handpumping. The Avenger is nowhere near as easy to hand pump. The ept system makes it easier to handpump. I badly want an avenger, don't get me wrong. It's a Compressor gun though.
@@joshuagibson2520 i see incredible accuracy in both guns . But beside the air pump or the compresso i am in delemma cause Avenger has leaking issues and the barrel from reviews has stability issues also. So i am thinking going for the origin or the Gauntlet also. Still struggling to decide....
@@beccacciahunter238 I had to shim my barrel shroud in the barrel band. It had play. Now it has none. I've never had a gun I didn't have to tinker, tune, or mod in some way from out of the box. I love my origin. Just finished my second tin of pellets today. 1000 shots.

Trust but verify. I've seen identical guns prefer different pellets. It happens. Every barrel is different.
