    Fouad just might make the best training videos on TH-cam these days. Straight forward information on why certain exercises are selected and then tips on how to execute to get the most out of them. Solid 👍🏼

    Just used your close foot stance advice with my stiff legs. I was amazed how much more hamstring activation it engaged moving my feet in a few inches each. Made 3 plates feel like 5 haha. Thank you for the tip.

    Yea i agree Fouad has to be the best trainer since he has learned from the best to ever live like Hany Rambod and John Meadows. It is why Bellichick is the best coach he learned from Parcells and other greats

    People typically have lagging hamstrings because they don't train them hard enough. It's pretty much that simple. Mine really began to grow when I just went fuckin retarded on various leg curls. Hams, to me, are a part that responds best to stretching movements and time under tension. Rest pause, partials, forced reps, negatives, drop sets, you name it. Yes it fuckin hurts lol It's worth it when you see your hams start popping from the side.
    And heel presses. Anyone who doesn't do heel presses on the leg press, one legged or two you'll regret it

    • @big_chungus73
      @big_chungus73 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Can you describe what you mean by heel presses?

    • @gregorynelson6230
      @gregorynelson6230 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@big_chungus73 Heels only at the top of the leg press. Obviously keep safety in mind. Pushing through hams and glutes, almost no quads involved, at least not for me.

    • @big_chungus73

      @@gregorynelson6230 thats what I was picturing, thanks for clarifying. I'm gonna give it a shot 🤙

    Fouad, have you always trained hams and quads separately or is that something you picked up as your career went on to isolate the growth?

    99% of gyms don't have that kind of glute ham. I think it was called inverse curl

    I never noticed the amount of product placement in the intro with the $300 jug. No wonder I want one. Guess I know what I’m spending half my stimulus money on.
