    “It’s not how fast I can get to ten reps, that doesn’t matter. It’s about how much I can feel the ten reps, that’s what’s important.” YES!

    He's 100% correct about the moderate weight. I killed my arms yesterday with ten lbs less on bis and tris. Slower, strict af with negatives. Pumped up like balloons. Feelin it today. Now I get to do legs smfh. This guy's a cool dude. No pretense. No kali muscle bs or big boy fat carnitas cartel.

    Thanks for the tip about the skull crusher on the floor, being healthier on the elbows! I know that the skull crushers are really effective for the triceps, but I had to stop due to the constant pain on the elbows. Now, I see I can start them again! Really good vid and info, Fouad! Thank you!

    Nothing fancy, just basic, common sense movements that make even more sense when Hoss explains how it works the muscle and then demonstrates. Pay attention kids, this is the real sh*t, no Instagram nonsense, just simplistic hard work

    Would love to see you do some strick curls. I've been doing those for biceps trying to work on my strength and reps of 10-20. I love doing arm's and upper body since this whole quarantine thing I've got a couple pulleys that I use for tri's with a tricep bar and rope and then also pull my bench close and do my lats as well

    • @FouadAbiad

    Great vid hoss, I have a quick question. Do you think its wise to use occlusion bands if I'm doing super sets of skull crushers and seated DB curls? The total time with the restriction bands on would be about 8-10 mins probably. They seem to help me with my elbows not going as heavy

    • @hosstilesupps
      @hosstilesupps  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I find it hard to believe that Fouad built those massive arms using light weight. If that were so, all the skinny guys at my gym lift the same light weight and none of them have massive arms. How did you really build those arms? What you are showing me is how you maintain them.

    • @FouadAbiad
      @FouadAbiad 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not light weight. Moderate weight but
      More important than the weight is more focused form and contraction.

    100% arms are not for ego lifting if there's no pump then you are not training arms.

  • @1fes323
    @1fes323 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Just train them 4 times a week and they will grow easily. Idk how people have a hard time growing their arms. It's the fucking calves that irritate me. When you're arms are 20+ but your calves are 17... Wtf

    • @FouadAbiad
      @FouadAbiad 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Calves are very hard to grow if you don’t have it genetically. That’s why you see guys with 20” arms and 17” calves.

    • @1fes323
      @1fes323 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FouadAbiad Yup living proof. Litterly trained my calves everyday for a whole month and got 2 cms the very most... That's how you know you will never get Ben's 20 inch calves sadly 😞😒
