    Just hit a little gun run of my own yesterday. I've been loving OH rope extensions for triceps with a 10 second pause in the stretched position during the set. It gives a crazy pump.

    People tend to confuse weight and intensity. This is a great example of how weight and intensity are two separate things. 👌🤘💪

    • @rjScubaSki
      @rjScubaSki 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Annoyingly there are two different definitions of ‘intensity’ in common use (powerlifting and sports science research vs most bodybuilding), and it confuses matters. Neither can really be called wrong as such, and you can’t simply declare one to be correct.

    • @Gratefully-
      @Gratefully- 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Intensity is literally heavy weight. You can’t get an intense workout with light ass weights

    Not sure if I have asked this brother but do you have any tips on bicep tendinities? My right bicep the burn is crazy and it take almost 20 minutes to warm up which normally would be fine but I train in the morning before work so every minute is crucial. Would hitting triceps first help? Tiger balm and a sleeve maybe? Thanks again for all the great videos, insight, podcasts, and REAL BODYBUILDING information!!!

    Hey good info straight forward. Question on barbell curl. Are rocking because the weight. I mean the Little Rock that you are doing. I find if I use lighter weight and more reps, I stop once rocking begins. I try really hard not to rock and feel harder burn if I don't do it. Maybe at end last few reps but I try harder every time. Is that a good perception to have? Thoughts?

    • @rjScubaSki
      @rjScubaSki 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because people are different? Prioritise weak body parts. Rear and side delts can take a lot of frequency. Front delts get involved in loads of other pressing so don’t hammer too hard till you know it’s not going to screw you

    Fouad - heard you on the last episode liking to see Cutler vs Flex Wheeler
    theres a great - smaller channel - but a great fanbase in general - its called MIkeys Iron Rage
    Has AWWEEsomE comparison videos - and I know its not like when you see the guys live next to each other
    but often times has great live footages, seemingly exclusive
    Thought you might wanna check it, and shout him out - a good dude seemingly - and amazing quick content (videos very punctual, and a lot of fun for a few mins)
