When you have figured out your best way to warm up for executing your working set, you are going to enjoy the DC style, without a doubt!! It's going to be bruuuutal. I know you don't like the more gutteral side of metal but if I may suggest one band to for that one set: Gorgasm. Their 2014 album will suffice I presume. Hopefully it will have an equal focused and disciplined effect as it has on me during those reps.

How tight do you crank that belt down? I have a lever belt, but I've always kept the thing so tight that it causes bruises. I've gotten away from using it, but it I were to squat heavy or something with my back like it is, I'd for sure use it.

I think I have slap tear in my shoulder need some advice Fouad. Please! I’m only doing lateral raises and rear delts pushing through the pain but the next day major pain and stiffness in the shoulder mobility can barely get the shoulder over head HELP
