One of the most important things to increasing gains anywhere on your body is, as she mentioned, consistency. Unfortunately many people don't have the time or energy to be consistent in the gym. I personally think that's the main reason most people don't see results. They are missing the consistency factor plus nutrition. It is difficult to remain consistent when you may work an energy-sucking full time job, maybe multiple jobs, school, kids, and some people might even have a chronic injury/condition on top of all that. Not everyone can work out consistently like a fitness influencer (working out is literally their full-time job) so stop trying to be or look like them and then feel discouraged when you don't. Not saying you shouldn't even try but do what you can in the moment, do the best you can, keep going, and don't give up.
I absolutely loved how you explain certain workouts that might feel a bit awkward at first. You break them down in such a clear, easy way, making everything feel approachable. It’s like you’re guiding someone through each step, and your tone is so warm and sweet, it almost feels like a soothing song. The way you turn something that might feel weird into something that’s easy to follow is truly impressive!
Followed her from tiktok and I love how truthful and honest and open she is and doesn’t over complicate anything … also me listening and waiting for the possible next video she mentioned 😂
I love your content and videos! So clear and straight to the point. Can you possibly add your warm up sets, working sets and how many reps/sets you do and if you increase or decrease weight with each set pls! That’s where I’m kinda stuck right now :/ not sure what to do
I'm so glad you made the statement about having a long legs and a short torso. I'm the same and i just thought I was doing squats wrong... It's so uncomfortable 😫
