    Even if this was 5 years ago, it is still inspiring people. I will be 70 next month and love these walking videos. I am doing 5 miles a day, not all at once, though, but im getting 5 miles in a day. Thank you all for giving your time to inspire and encourage others. GOD BLESS EACH ONE OF YOU!

    I am now 40 years old and remember joking with my Mom when I saw her working out to Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home "VHS". I thought she looked so cute side-stepping and knee-lifting. Now that I am retired from the Military I am happy to complete my daily Walk at Home workouts on my iPad versus running a mile and a half around the Base's running track...I think constantly of my Mom when I am doing these workouts and she has been in Heaven five years now. I only wish she could see me walking in her footsteps! This workout was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I'm 70 and have been doing Leslie's workouts since they were on VHS. Keep up the good work. Sorry you lost your mom. I wish she was still there with you.

    I am 51, and my 18 year old daughter and I plan to hike the Wonderland Trail in August. 93 miles in 14 days. I started using Leslie Sansone's walk at home in the beginning of December, and now I am using it as part of the cardio for my 3 month hiking fitness regimen. I am not a jock, just a slightly-less-than-average-fitness mom, but THIS is very do-able, and I look forward to improving my heart and lungs, and getting ready for conquering the Wonderland Trail! The first week of January has been a success.

    I worked out every morning at 5am with this video using 3kg weights in each hand. After 3 months upgraded to 5kg from start to finish. I stuck with this 1 routine because I want to track my strength development .
    I'm 58, a father if 4 girls, 190cm & after 10 months I dropped from 117kg to 95kg and I'm a "BUFF" young old man LOL

    I've been working from home for a year due to the pandemic. I needed to exercise for both my physical and metal heath. I've got people from work and my family also doing 1 mile workouts . Thank you so much for your program!

    Took a blood test last month, cholesterol was high and sugar was at 8. Started walking 3 weeks now, did 30 mins 4 to 5 times a week. Today I checked my sugar and it’s a 7. Wow amazing right. Thanks you Leslie... the workouts are a blessing. Now I m doing 40 mins with better food choices.

    How you doin’? Just completed my workout today. I had to get it in 4 times for a total of 4 miles. I missed Wednesday and Thursday and of course I had to do Friday too.     After a big move this fall, it's great to be back on track with the whole Walk at Home team! 2 miles yesterday and 2 more today. I love Leslie, but I welcome the chance for Rocky, Nick, Nadia and all the walk leaders to shine. And Kamilah is a delightful star among the class even when Leslie is leading. Happy New Year to all!

    Thank you so much! I've been doing this faithfully 3-6 times a week since my girlfriend introduced it to me over supper a few weeks ago. It was an answer to prayer! Now my kids and sometimes hubby joins me! :))) I love that others are becoming leaders Leslie. That is an amazing leader who trains up others alongside as well. I am INSPIRED! LOVE you all!!

    I can't let you skinny young people out walk me! I'm over 40 and disabled...
    HOWEVER, I did your walk with 6lb ankle weights on AND holding water bottles!!!

    Happy New Year you guys. Luv the video. At 54yrs old I totally enjoy these exercises with Leslie and co. and have been doing them everyday, sometimes twice a day for about 80mins each time for the last 4 months, after changing from Jane Fonda low impact exercises and never looked back. My breathing and fitness has improve immensely. Proud of myself for not giving up and for choosing to do the Walkathome exercises. So thank you Leslie and Co....Cheers from New Zealand

    After years of watching Leslie, I love watching these personalities shine through. Thank you for adding the "walk like you have a crown on your head." I tend to find myself slumping as I watch on which ever screen I'm using at the time. (It's never at eye level!) I must confess, when I was just starting out, I would have walked away when the pace picked up. Now, it's BRING IT ON!

      @@tammywilliams894 If you go on the Walk at Home website you have the option to purchase the App. Each month you have a calendar of workouts put together for you. The workouts are taken from the videos that they have and the youtube videos.

    Really nice to join the team for this walk and with bonus of having Michael adding his big smile and strutting his stuff in the background (love him from having seen him in Rocky one mile walk) ❤️
    Here in the UK I’m missing the gym due to the 3rd lockdown and it’s so fab I’m able to do some of these routines despite having mild disability due to my having MS.

    Completed Tuesdays :-) I enjoyed the boosted walking but it was a bit anti-climatic for me because I've been exercising with Leslie's videos for a little over a year...strength training and 1-3 mile walking. I added Leslie's 1 mile walk to today's video... great workouts!!

Been walking only a year and although the weight isn't dropping I am enjoying the walk, the company, the laughs and most of all feeling better.     Yeah!!! I just walked 1 mile on January 1st. My goal is to walk one mile a day in 2019, at least 6 days a week. I just came and found this video today! Really loved it!
