    Closed Captions unresponsive whether by voice command or manual selections. I've selected all your suggestions but still does not appear.

    Lost my CC no longer work I tried to reset everything but it still does not work any ideals.

    I want captions at the top of my screen. How do I do that? When I'm watching a show and the characters are speaking another language, the captions overlap. That's why I want captions at top of screen

      If the captions are built-in to the show, there's nothing much you can do. Maybe try changing the caption window opacity to 100% which changes the text background to black and hides anything behind it. Go to Settings > Accessibility> Caption style > Window opacity> 100% if that helps.
