    I appreciate how he doesn't just show how to do the workouts or make cuts in the video but that he actually does them straight through. He's not afraid to show how he struggles a bit at the end of the exercises and that's definitely encouraging and refreshing.

      You can reduce the intensity by changing the work/rest ratio. For example 30sec work 30sec rest, and you complete 5 rounds as Chris said. As you get better you will be able to do 45/15 too !!

      I'm doing it with 30secs work, 15 secs rest. I am sorry about your ankle but this can be done.
      I'd say reduce active time and increase rest time if you choose to come back to it. Don't push your body above what it can achieve. There are no short cuts to fitness.

    Today I reached 5 rounds. Each exercise 45 seconds. 2 min gap between rounds. It feels unreal. Now I understand how Chris gets his energy and motivation.

      Brp dont do it every single day even though u lost 2% body fat in 2weeks you might lose your mascle mass too and u dont wanna let that happen trust me . So atleast do it 2 or 3 times a week its eniugh to get shredded

    This workout is exhausting! I managed to do all 5 rounds but I had to pause A LOT in between. By round 5 I was super on-and-off I probably rested for half the time and did the exercise the other half due to my pure exhaustion, but as Chris said, it's okay to pause as long as you keep going when you recover. Even with all the pauses, I pushed myself further than I could've if I followed a routine I made up myself. Thanks Chris. The videos are produced in a way it feels catered to me personally. You could've decided to not post any workouts on this channel and kept promoting the ThenX membership even more, but you're not, which is extremely kind. You could've made so much more money by being selfish but you're not being greedy, instead helping people around the world get into better shape. Anyway, I just wanted to express my gratitude, even though Chris won't most likely see this.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH THENX!! After 4 weeks of this (alternating days) I was able to do what I never thought I could do Wednesday January 15, 2019 I was able to complete 5 rounds (barely using my inhaler [asthma]) And lost 10 pounds in the process!!! THANK YOU THENX 😀

    I wish I we oils have found your channel 3 years ago. I've been struggling with weight loss for about 5 years now with no results.     I did this cardio 1 or 2 rounds in first week then I used to make it in 5 rounds quite easily but hard :)
    a weeks after I added:
    (15 crunches + 20 push ups + 20 squat + 15 burpees + 20 (dips) tricep exercise using edge of sofa) all in 5 rounds
    takes 1:20hr-1:30hr, 3-5 days a week.
    Ok it kills maybe but when you'v done it you'd say Im the happiest human on earth.

      In the second month my body started to change, six packs, tricep mostly appeared and my weight also slightly increased as Im skinny.
      dont forget everything will be OR should be changed in your habits, nutrition, sleeping...ect

    I've been a runner for 5+ years and have just gotten into "gym type" workouts. I've found all your videos very helpful as a beginner. My one struggle is "cramping up" because I've not used those muscle groups. I'm taking it one day at a time using your videos. PROPS

    Omg I just did this for the very 1st time, I kept up with you all the way through but those bicycle at the end our a killer
    I'm feeling so very proud of myself right now, it would be good to see you do all five rounds as I had to keep rewind to the beginning lol
    But I'm super dead now but got my weight session next, wish me luck

    What you said at the end about the big guys not keeping up is some truth man. Alot of really strong guys have terrible cardio, this style of training is best

    Thanks Chris... I successfully completed 3 rounds of keeping to 45 / 15 sec cut off. However, for the 4th round I could manage just 30 /15 sec for some of the exercises. I’ve been following this routine for about 3 months now incorporating it into my workout schedule almost every week. I see clear results. 🙏🏻 Killa cardio! 🤘🏻
