I wanted to start a fitness accountability group to start doing monthly challenges 🩷 I LOVE to commit to something each month for my own personal movement goals! Come join my group! facebook.com/share/g/CH2gxVgSvKv3UJWw/?mibextid=K35XfP New challenge starts November 1st!!
I was mostly plant based for the last 4.5 years. Post pregnancy my body is very “puffy” like you described. I definitely gained fat.. which is normal! Been really throwing around the idea of adding dairy and fish back. I did add eggs. It’s really hard to get 130g of protein and keep my calories in my deficit range.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on being consistent rather than striving for perfection. Its easy for me to fall into the "all or nothing" approach - which never works in the long run. Also, I like that your What I Eat in a Day videos illustrate real-life days!
You look great and thanks for the video of a typical day of eating for you. Just curious approximately what your grocery budget is per month for you and your husband including the protein powders? Thanks for sharing.
Were you previously vegan? Do you notice a difference in your fitness results now vs then? Really trying to make my body look how I want now I have lost the weight I wanted but I mostly don't know what I am doing.
@@flourishingmiranda I hear both terms, vegan and plant based. Can you tell us the difference? I thought they were the same except vegans don’t eat honey. 🤷🏼♀️
Veganism is a lifestyle- it’s not just a diet / how you eat- it’s every bit of your life Plant based is a way of eating The confusing part, (even for me in the beginning!!) was people use the term “vegan diet” when they really should just say plant based
Curious, and maybe you shared this in another video, But are you willing to share anything about what your job is? I only ask because to me your hours seem a but different to a typical “9-5” and I don’t have any ideas, which sparked my curiosity. Totally Understand if you want to keep that private

Sorry if this is a repeat question. What is the workout machine behind your treadmill? Is that a stair-master or elliptical?
Have you tried the nature valley honey and oats protein granola? I love it and i think it has 12-15 grams of protein.
Do you work out on an empty stomach?
Miranda: I could run 13 miles today with my baby and some lingering sickness...
Me: I could not run up the stairs with no baby at 100% health

Nope just planted based!

@@flourishingmiranda Ah, I see. That makes a lot of sense. Thank you!
How do you know how many grams of protein you need every day?
What would your fitness group be like?
Also, what is your FB group? I can’t find it.

I don’t share what I do for work 🩷
You seem to work such a crazy schedule. Are you a nurse?
