WHAT I EAT IN A DAY FOR EASY WEIGHT LOSS - 3 Months Postpartum + Workout with me!
I'm not "looking to lose" my baby weight, as I'm already below my pre pregnancy starting weight however I am looking to lose "weight" and gain muscles because its natural that your body has more body fat PP and you lose some muscle during pregnancy!
Here's my 30 day "fitness" challenge that I'm currently wrapping up!
-run a minimum of 1 mile a day
-do an Iron series workout every day
-3 spinning workouts each week

      Truthfully I think you’re born either a night owl or an early bird I’ve always loved mornings and thrive in the mornings, my husband is the same with nights 🤣🫶 and our baby seems to love mornings and I have a feeling that’s her thing. You can turn your internal clock but it can be tough if you have “no reason” to be up because than it’s easier to sleep past your alarm

      We don’t do a lot of dinners right now with our schedules ❤️ dinner time is the most hectic because we have a baby so we rely on either meal prep or take out because making a meal when we’re both flying in the door and than caring for our little is a lot to do at once!

    330!!! Ahhh 😮 when do you goto bed!!? I like the what you eat in a week! I totally understand what you mean about not feeling your self!! I had terrible pelvic floor injury and just started exercising again about 8 weeks ago. One year of barely lifting weights was so foreign to me!

      Oh I’m so sorry to hear that! PV runs the major of your body so to have that under commission must have been so hard!🫶 Typically I go to bed between 830-10, depends on the day. I’m someone who can run on a little less sleep than most and still have tons of energy but if I get 6 hours that’s solid for me

    I recently got bored and decided make my own for around the same. Some of these people are crazy though, like you dont need a whole underground bunker full of food, thats just called hoarding. Yours are solid though

    I can so relate to the oatmeal overflow. I have done that so many times that now I put a cheap dollar store paper plate under the bowl when I microwave it. I also stand in front of the microwave and watch the last 30 seconds. It’s easier than cleaning the microwave yet again. I also appreciate your sharing those glute exercises. I am incorporating them into my routine.

    3:30 workouts would be awesome! What time do you end up going to bed so that you can get up at 3:30 to work out, and what time is your last meal of that day, just curious? I'm currently trying to turn my clock around. My mornings are my nights and my nights are my mornings. ugh Love all of your videos! 😊

      Usually 830-10p I try to get in bed! Depends on the night. I try to not eat at least an hour before bed so my foods somewhat digested or starting too so I can sleep really well!

      I think so many women resonate with this, but because of being judged we don’t talk about it were told to do what society deems “normal” after we have a baby and that’s not one size fits all❤️

    Could you do a video about how to gain muscle and lose body fat simultaneously? And I would love to see a 3:30 am routine. Do you get really tired later in the day when you get up at that time?

      I don’t need to make a whole video, but the concept is to make sure you’re eating enough protein to feed your muscle and prioritize weight lifting! You add in cardio to burn fat but don’t rely on just cardio ❤️ And I’m fortunate that I don’t usually get tired later in the day, because I’m someone who can thrive on 5-6 hours of sleep and sometimes less! With that being said, some days I am more tired just based on the workout or my work load (I’m not a SAHM) but I find that if I get tired midday I just need a little sunshine to perk me up

    I'm loving the high protein vegetarian meals! I'm especially excited to try the egg bake and roasted veggie pasta. I like the idea of cooking the eggs in the muffin tin to make easy breakfast sandwiches too.

    Iam wondering, what do you pay for 1,5 KG potatoes, if you ask a farmer near by. 3,49 $ for instant potatoes mash, is too expensive. Ok, I am in Germany, but 3,49€ pay me a 1,5 KG sack of potatoes. I might use wheat grain though.

    I appreciate how you have been giving ideas to up protein. As you get older you need to make sure you are getting enough protein. I’m 70 and started looking at my numbers and some days I was getting 30 ish grams of protein. Adding protein powder has been a help.

    Steam your potatoes first in Instant Pot, then grate and put in ceramic pan on stove with a lid. Let them get brown on one side at medium heat. Then turn them. I also use parsley and onion in them. DON'T PEEL YOUR POATOES! SO MUCH NUTRITION IN THE PEEL!
