    9am- chia seeds with lemon water
    After 30mints one apple
    Lunch 12:30pm :- Roti and veggies dal or rajma or chole or chicken or fish, 1/2 catori dahi , salad
    3-4pm- chana chat or bhel (30gm),
    Or sprouts chat or chach or am panna with tea
    6pm:- pre dinner salad
    6:30- rice,dal and green chutney

    9 am... soaked chai seeds water with lemon slices
    9.30 am.... One apple
    11.00 to 12.00... yoga suryanamaskar n kapalbhati
    12.30 pm.... lunch. Roti subji salad daal n dahi half katori
    3-4 pm..... Tea with less sugar or no sugar/coconut water/aam pann and healthy snacks
    5 pm.....walking
    6pm.....one plate salad
    6.30pm ......rice n daal plus Hari chatni
    Drink only water while fasting

      @sonasood1752 it's is high on protein and Fibre.. Few restrictions on cooking style and food.and routine exercise ...has helped..
      Now I do 20 hrs fasting and it is easy for me now.i reduced total 28 KG.. and 10 kg more to do now

    hii natasha.. maine recently apka channel subscrib kiya.. bahot sare viedeos maine dekhe n dekh rahi hun.. bahot acche lage.. meri bhi same prob hai.. morning uthte hi muze aadha cup less sugar tea n 2 parle biscuits ki bahot saalonse aadat hai.. chodne ki bahot koshish ki lekin fir dinbhar headache hota hai.. 😰
    ekbar morning tea liya na ki fir dinbhar kaisa bhi n konsa bhi diet karo koi prob nahi hota

    Actually you are right, I too have to rethink about the eating and fasting windows. I'm 59 years old , want to put a stop to ever increasing weight. I had tried 14. 10 window but that resulted in hungerpangs and severe heartburn. Can you help me with this?
