@@turbo49 yeah like having to buy non rechargeable batteries every once in a while, or buying rechargeable batteries and a charger, and then charging them every once in a while AND having to buy new batteries once the rechargeable batteries are really dead... That sounds as inconvenient as me having to write all those letters.
And that is why I didn't buy the orochi v2 despite it having the coolest razer mouse name in a while and it looking great, too.
FYI, just because Dedman says the Superlight doesn't fit his hand doesn't mean it's a bad mouse. There's no single best mouse for everyone because everyone has different hand/finger sizes and shapes.
There are also aftermarket sticker pads made for many popular mice in case you don't like their out-of-factory texture.

I use the Viper Ultimate Pro V2 as a GPX alternative. It's the best mouse I've ever used, period. I'd also like to try the Lamzu Atlantis, I heard that's an amazing mouse too.

It really is a deal breaker for me. And as far as I remember it's also heavier than usual eSports mice. But apparently a lot of people really like the shape. I believe the new viper V3 has a similar shape
finally got my death adder v3 holy hell this thing is light as a feather and is perfect size i use to hate the grooves but the new shape is money.
Deathadder v3 wired or deathadder v2 x hyperspeed?
Based on your complaints, I would recommend a g502, and if you mind the weight get a Deathadder v2. If you think its still too small, get a madcatz dws.
Maybe a g502 lightspeed, the special mousepad for it can charge it too, bit heavy with all the weights in, and if you don't mind wired the g502 hero is like 3 times less

I love experimenting with different mousepads but finding anything better than GPX seems like a daunting task. I wish there were a store where I could test a bunch before buying.
Personal suggestions: hyperx pulsfire haste
It gets everything in one mouse it can drag click looks good and it’s really really light (56 for the wired and 62 for wireless)

quality wise the deathadder v3 would’ve been a much better choice since you liked the ergo shape of the razer one you got

Tbh I think mouse is just a personal preference, ever since I got my logitech g203, I think I have found the one, it made my aim really better, the aesthetics fits my needs, the shape and everything, I've been using it for like 6 years now, I don't want to replace it and if breaks, then Idk if I will find again a mouse like that

Have owned 4 wireless razer mice over the years, not one connection issue.
Roccat kone pro air is a very solid mouse. It is extremely light, isnt small, and it is very comfortable to hold for hours straight and still not get tired. It has roccats own software that allows u to customize it in any way possible. I have been using it for about a year now, and I've never used any mouse that is better than this. 100% recommend
I have been seeing this mouse SO much in my comments on TikTok & IG too. I might just have to give it a go!
@@Dedman_Tech just be careful. Roccat has been having issues lately, I see a lot of QC issues with them now, and apparently support will just redirect you to places you can’t actually contact. Personally, I use a finalmouse starlight 12 and LOVE it, however it may be a bit too expensive. The Pulsar X2 is a REALLY good choice right now, particularly for claw grip, and currently glorious has the Model D pro in forge if you want an ergo that’s ultralight

@@Dedman_Tech the finalmouse is honestly really nice. I put on some tiger ice skates and the glide is really smooth on my LGG Saturn pad. Only issue is the scroll wheel is slight misaligned, which is annoying considering the price, but it doesn’t bother me much

I love my superlight, Love the materials, love the texture, love the weight, everything about it just suits what i play and what I need to do. At the end of the day, tech is meant to be enjoyed and people have different preferences, so its nice to see a tech youtuber not yell at the screen
Maybe try the roccat burst pro air i have it wired but its also available wireless. I run it for a year now and i love the mouse

Tbh I can see a lot of people as seeing going from the logi GPXS to a Razer hyperspeed mouse as a huge downgrade but it's all about comfortability and what you feel is best for you when you game. when it comes to my preferences the negative for me when it comes to mice is mouse shapes.

It's my main lol. I went from the deathadder v2 wired to the v2 x hyperspeed and honestly I love it. As someone who doesn't care a crap ton about rgb, it's perfect.

@@TieBreaksno it’s actually just a straight downgrade in every way the Razer hyper speed lineup is the budget oriented versions of their flagship pro series meaning the internals of the mice are usually few generations behind. The Gpro super light by comparison is until recently THE flagship Logitech mouse with all top of the line components. Not to mention the hyper speed mice also use a double or triple a battery for power as opposed to the internal rechargeable battery of the super light, if he really wanted that shape he should’ve bought a pro version of the death adder v2

i prefer the modificated superlight, the viper deathadder has kailh 8.0 switches, wich are much better than the omron of the g pro ws, but idk, i just love the shape of the suoerlight

Damn I can't believe you actually picked a Razer Mouse.... I would have said the pulsefire haste 2nd gen Wireless as a total no-brainer
If you want a comfortable mouse i recommend the Razer Basilisk V3. It is the most comfy mouse i've ever used. IDK about weight cause it isn't really a problem to me. Though if you want a wireless one I'd recommend the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, yes it's a bit pricey (well pricey being an understatementbatleast for me) but it's wireless it is very cimfortable with a thumbrest and very comfortable buttons just like the v3.
I tried out the V2 and it was just a Razer 'G502', and I already kinda grew away from the G502 design as a whole. I appreciate the comment and support though, I'm glad your V3 is working for you, that's all that matters!

G903 with the charging mousepad. Not only is ambidextrous and you can swap your m4/m5 buttons it’s built symmetrical so it’s possible for that. And it came with some weights, idk why people want a “super light” mouse. I find myself wanting a heavier mouse to have more control

i hope you continue to look, as someone who used a razer mouse for well over 2 1/2 years, it’s not the product that kills you, but they’re shit synapse. the mice are especially software heavy, i had owned a death adder v1, v2, razer viper, viper mini, and the basilisk v3. they all either eventually succumbed to the double click or as i said, the software was just overbearingly bad. I wouldn’t be able to access all my features on the Basilisk until the synapse was on, even then i didn’t want it to be open for me to use my mouse
oh, I know! The software that razer has is ridiculously bad and horribly invasive! The best software from my experience is either logitech’s or steel series’!
@@Dedman_Tech Agreed, Logitech's onboard memory is amazing. You can build the profile you want on your mouse and then never have to open the software unless you would want to change it. I have steelseries GG, which opens and clips video game things in the background which is amazing. Razer is too software heavy, constantly updates AT LEAST once every 3 days.

In the BOX of Logi SL you can find the rubber grabbing stickers and stick them to your mouse. It will never ever slide from your fingers...but people are too lazy to look in the BOX and read the f..... manual ;)

If you don't like it, try using the HyperX Pulsefire. If you want it wireless just get the wireless version. I use the wirless version and love it.

V3 Pro is legit a truely wireless 0 latency experience that absolutely shits on the Hyperspeed in every aspect. Ofc its worth the extra buck cus its literally a top tier mouse in Razers offer while Hyperspeed is like upper low tier mouse...
About the AA. Just insert a battery pack with rechargeable USB
I am the others of whom that is a complete dealbreaker.
I switched from a g pro x superlight, to a viper v2 pro, and now I'm using a Pulsar X2, which I like the most so far out of the three
Pulsar X2 Mini here and it's by far the best mouse out of any I have tried. If you like low friction I would highly recommend putting some superglides on it and I have mine on an Artisan Hien mousepad, very low static friction. But I mostly play fast paced games so might not be preferred for val or csgo.

Been using the Naga since 2014. Can’t get anything else now. That ring finger rest has ruined other mice for me. Got the Trinity Epic Chroma to replace my dying wired Naga (2014-2021 when the numbers started to double click). Then I bought a £50 razer paperweight to charge the mouse too. Most expensive paperweight I’ve bought.
Except for the razer mouse bungee I returned but did try for £20… Not my proudest moment 😂
well depends on what you want to do. weight beats all when it comes to aiming in shooters. I have tested 5 different mice over the course of almost a year in kovaaks and the lighter mice always beat the heavier ones.
I tested deathadder v2, viper mini, g305, Burst pro and the Xm1r. The g305 and the deathadder had the lowest averages.
Razer viper ultimate,its more of an expensive mouse, u might struggle finding it in stores so u might wanna order it online but its so worth it
I have it already! I love the dock and the RGB inclusiveness (even if it's just a lil' bit of RGB), but it comes 2nd to my superlight for now until I find a replacement for the Superlight.

V2 Pro would have been a better pick to be honest. It is basically the same mouse, but has a build in Battery, can run 2.4 ghz and BT, Comes with a cable, adapter and dongle, it's also compatible with the razer charging dock, but can be charged with the cable.
I think you'd love the new g303 shroud it's so comfortable if your hands are big. It takes a day to adjust because the sensor is in a different spot than normal, after that it's king.
Razor might feel nice at first but they always disappoint in the long run..

Pulsar X2, Pulsar Xlite v2 (they both have a small and medium size), or the G502X which I desperately want. Unpopular opinion: the G502 is amazing
Actually I'd say the popular opinion is that the G502 is amazing! It's a TANK of a mouse and has been an industry favorite for years! That being said, I've already had my time with the G502 and I might just give the G502X a try to see what differences lie there, but I'm looking outside of the Razer/Logitech bubble for more!
That's not an unpopular opinion at all. It's one of the most popular mice of all time, especially among the more casual gamers.

id 100% take a look at the deathadder v3 pro it’s just like this one but 4k polling rate (with a 30$ adapter sold by razer) and optical click switches which feel really nice

The RVU usually retails at 150ish dollars but has been hitting 50-70 dollars due to the release of the RV Pro V2. For the 1/3 price of the RVU, even if it is slightly older, it is an absolute fucking deal

I think the Roccat kone pro air or kone pro are some of the best options for an all around good mouse and if your worried about clicks then don’t because it gets up to 140 cps

Good luck. I have send back the mouse twice for warranty claim. Both issue is because dead sensor. Mouse unable to move the cursor but all the buttons are working fine.

The G502 is a really good mouse. It’s been my go to for everything. Has lots of programable buttons, rgb, comes with weights that you can put at the bottom of the mouse, and has the perfect shape for the index and middle finger making it confortables to use imo.
