We've got extensive external brick work in New Zealand. It took me years to realise that bleach doesn't kill off mould spores, just beautifies the surface for a short period of time. Hope it works for you.
I designed my home with a wheelchair in mind. Low wide steps and easy-to-add ramps later in life. No uneven transitions in the bathrooms and wide doorways. It involved constant monitoring and detailed drawing to make sure the workers didn't just build it the Thai way!

Joe, can you help me out with a drivers license question: after you get your Thai drivers license do you need to maintain a current american drivers license to renew your Thai license? Hello again Joe, do expats use (do you use) american currency at all? Is it a common or uncommon practice? Ever see USD used with street vendors or at the mall or restaurants or nite market? Thanks for your time.
I’ve never used or seen anyone use currency other than the Thai Baht when making any kind of purchase in Thailand. There are many money exchange companies at the airports and in major cities where tourists are most likely to visit (beware of the high fees at some airport money exchange companies) Debit and credit cards can also be used at ATM’s. Major outlets also accept credit cards.

Joe, sandstone is very porous so if you clean it satisfactory and then paint it with a clear Matt finish Brick or Concrete seal and it will stop any mould from staining the stone edge of your pool also the colour of the stone will be enhanced and look very attractive 👍
