This country will suffer a lot because of their minister’s policies

They will lose a lot of VET international students. Mostly international students took VET courses in Australia.

On the positive note, there will be less international students to be exploited. Businesses will be forced to increase salaries etc. or better yet, sponsor the students who are actually staying.

it's a really great theory. I didn't think on that side, and I'm truly expect that things may get less complicated for the ones who decided to enrol in a high degree course.

@@wellingtonmusicas3144thanks for the comment. On a not so positive note, the government do not want students. High refusal rates. Doubling of the student visa. Are these signs clear enough?

Can expect the Universities fuming at their ministers. There is a lot to lose, even though they might feel in the short term, it will reduce students, extract more money from them, but other countries will easily swoop in and open their market to these students. Isn't that what Australia did themselves post COVID ?

Hi Karl, if I got 2 years of painting experience from my home country in Singapore is there any chance for me to get 189 or 190? I'm 41 years of age and have completed my certificate 3 in painting and decorating in Melbourne 2 years ago and come back and work as a painter back home (Singapore), done Pte, reading 64, writing 76, listening 83 & 90 in speaking. Please advise
