Australia doesn’t have a problem with migration. They have issues with people who come to Australia on a temporary visa and do visa hopping. People who are coming here on student visa then go to 485 then again on student visa. This makes them “temporary permanent” . Also this video doesn’t state all the facts.

One issue I've seen is for healthcare programs (e.g. Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Laboratory Science, Physiotherapy) New Zealand doesn't seem to have graduate-entry Masters options, so one has to do a Bachelors again even if they have a Bachelors already from their home country. But in Australia they have the graduate-entry Masters programs

We respect the visa changes but applying 35 years age cap for 485 TGR visa for international students who have been enrolled on old rules is unfair.
What can you recomment in my case. Im finishing my Master this october and I'm 43 yrs old now this year. What option I can do if I don't have sponsorship?
I am also affected by the age cap on 485 TGR. For now I have no options, I cannot think straight or focus on anything. It’s so cruel to treat us this way. We came here thinking TGR is granted upon completion of our courses.
