    You dont say where to purchase natural vitamin B, because every vitamin I have bought is synthetic, except unfortified nutritional yeast.

      It will say fortified with… on the bottle. Nutritional yeast has all the B’s, look for organic.
      Also red meat is a good source of B12

    The best way to get your B vitamins is by taking "non-fortified" nutritional yeast. Non-fortified means they didn't jack it up with synthetics that don't do anything but get you to fork over your money for NOTHING. And like ALL your nourishment, you must have a very acidic stomach for your digestive system to extract the nourishment's! You can eat and take even the right supplements until they come out of your ears, but if you got duped into taking acid blockers for heart burn, you're throwing your money down the toilet. The valve just above your stomach is acid triggered. When your stomach acid is weak, it doesn't close, but the pH is still low enough to burn. Take a couple of tablespoons of "mother's apple cider vinegar" in the morning and at night. That'll close it fast, and you'll be able to get the good stuff out of your good food. (Just saying).

      @Tom WaterFooler I know it can be confusing at first, but once you get it you'll be fine. The trick that helped me was to find out what the name of the real vitamin is and how the manufactures play games in order to deceive us. Like vitamin C. When you buy a bottle of C and you read that it's vitamin C from ascorbic acid, you've been duped. That is their tricky way of saying vitamin C from sulfuric acid and corn flour. And you got a good deal on it because those chemicals are cheap. But if you buy a bottle of C that say's vitamin C from Acerola Cherry's and a few other berry's, then you know it real C plus it's going to cost a lot more!
      When they say the nutritional yeast is fortified, they are saying they dumped a bunch of synthetic junk in it to falsely raise the vitamin %. You will notice that it is very cheap. But when you get the non-fortified nutritional yeast it's going to be much more expensive and the names of the vitamins in the ingredients list will match the names of the REAL vitamins.
      When I buy supplements, it takes a lot of time and care to make sure they are not pulling a fast one on me. Like your USDA inspected meat! A lot of it is no longer even grown in the US. The manufactures have a green light from the lobbied to death politicians. Now we get a bunch of junk and poison from a nation that is trying to over run us! Go figure.

    If your urinating more often whilst taking certain supplements . Then urinating more can be a sign that you don't need said supplements or you intestines can't absorb them.

    Not true, the yellow is just typically from food coloring and it doesn’t mean vitamins are not being absorbed 😊

      Wrong it's from riboflavin. The body absorbs what is needed and excrete through urine the rest left . It's the riboflavin that makes the urine bright yellow color.
