    I started WW on August 2 at 225lbs. I'm at 210 as of today's weigh-in. Meals that use spaghetti squash, shrimp and grilled salmon fillets have been key for me to stay within my point allocation. I've been snacking on fruit.

    This was amazing to watch- and seven pounds?! You go girl! We also find doing Sunday prep for the week ahead leads us less likely to fall back to old habits!

    I love making a caprese salad snack. I’ll take 1-2 light cheese sticks and cut them up, then cherry tomatoes, then slice up some fresh basil leaves and splash some balsamic vinegar. So yummy!

    BMI is so ridiculous. How could you possibly be considered overweight. Great weight loss.

      I completely agree that BMI is ridiculous. But I do use it as a checks & balances system. For my height (5'0") My BMI ranges from about 109-125 (I believe). I cannot imagine being below 115 with this body! When I started tracking more seriously, I was around 138 lbs. (At my heaviest I was 165 and miserable.) I feel my most comfortable around 123-125.
