    Congrats on reaching your goal weight! Please let us know how using itrackbites works for you and your maintenance. I rejoined WW two weeks ago. I got 2 lbs away from my goal weight on it last year and was frustrated with a 3 month plateau and left. Tried other ways of eating and found that WW keeps me eating my healthiest and feeling my best, so I caved into one of their promotions and am just focusing on making choices that help me feel great and looking at weight loss as a side effect of those choices.       Lots of ups and downs for sure! Those plateaus are tough!! I will be back to ww soon though. I am doing a reboot but I want to see if I can maintain for a while with a little shift in tracking. Trial and error. Thanks for the comment!

    I started WW again 3 weeks ago after many years. I've lost 7 lbs so far. I have the app for now but am thinking of getting rid of it and trying on my own. Not sure how I'll do.

      Yes, that’s up to you about the ww app. I am off of the ww app, but have been doing this for years, so I feel confident about the points. Write points down on all kinds of foods you consume on a regular basis and the occasional foods. Then you can have that for reference. Cheers!
