  • Hi Everyone! In this video I share what I have been eating consistently for about 3 months. With portion control, I have lost about 3 lbs. That was not the goal, but to feel better with what I was putting in my body.

    So I work at a high school and the 30 minute lunch break is not just for eating but also a mental break! I see why you have a disclaimer about not eating enough...because I am concerned. Next video can you share your calorie intake? You are eating healthy but are you eating enough veggies and fruits...and protein? Medjuul dates are healthy...i eat 2 to 3 stuffed with peanut butter and some mini dark chocolate chips...that is what I would consider a "reeses" you almost sounded apologetic for eating 1 date and said sometimes you just have half. Please make sure you are eating enough...and I hope you are having some quinoa chips or veggies with your avocado snack.

      HI Amy! Thanks for the comments. I have no idea what my calorie intake is. However, I think it ranges from 1,200-1,400 on weekdays. Weekends, I tend to eat more. I don't talk too much about my anti-inflammatory diet because of severe endometriosis (yet). That plays a huge factor in what I eat and don't eat (and a workout schedule).
      I eat a lot of legumes with chili and add to my chicken soups. Salads are loaded with protein and avocado.
      If you check out my instagram, you will see the smoothie recipes I stick to (for the most part). The kodiak cakes have protein in them and I think that makes a big difference for me. I think I mentioned sometimes I eat up to 3 dates/day in this video.
      And as I type this I am eating an avocado with chips ;) The other thing to note is that I don't "work out" right now. I walk & do light stretching, also I ski. Days I ski-I eat a lot. Take care ~Hannah

    WHAT IS your timing situation for eating lunch (especially if you work outside the home)?
    (I was going to edit out (but forgot) the part about why I eat what I do for lunch-timing is everything!! Hope you enjoy the video. ~Hannah

    I love food way too much to eat the same thing everyday! I wish I could do that but when i eat leftovers two days in a row im done lol.
