  • In this video I am thrilled to share how the past 4 weeks have gone with my "less sugar and gluten" diet. I have tracked my points! Overall I am happy with my progress, but most importantly how my body and mind feels.
    I hope this motivates you in any way if you are wanting to make some shifts in your diet.

    👉Chili Recipe: Makes lots of servings (good for 6 hungry adults)
    Time: 40 minutes from start to serve...
    1 lb 94% lean Turkey burger cooked in taco seasoning mix (I make ahead of time, and thaw)
    1 lb can Chick peas
    1 lb can Black beans
    1 lb can Red kidney beans
    3 cups (frozen mixed veggies)
    About 2 cups chicken broth
    Seasonings (not measured)
    Chili powder
    Onion seasoning
    Garlic salt (or powder)
    More Chili powder😀

    I love sheet pan dinners for fall. A bunch of seasonal vegetables and chicken or some other protein

    drink coffe cold and add a protein shake no sugar or cream needed

    have you tried the sugar free creamers like Sweet Italian cream? hazelnut? pumpkin etc??also have you heard of Premiere Protein shakes? they are 30 gms of protein per shake and I use them also in my coffee as creamer as zero points.

      Hi! I have used the premiere protein shakes in coffee and I couldn't stomach it. (Tastes like chalk to me 😑). My husband has used PP in coffee smoothies and liked them...
      I also have used the sugar free creamer and I have found that artificial sweeteners disrupt my gut health....ugggg.

    What is coffee creamer? Can you have milk in your coffee instead? Xx

      I now have moved to unsweetened almond milk. The coffee creamer I was using had sugar and was about 3 points per cup of coffee. Now i have moved to the almond milk and its about 0 points because I use less than 1/4 of a cup.
