    Hi Hannah, thanks for the videos. You are so calm in them, that they are very reassuring, that we can reach our goal too. I lost the 3 lbs at weigh-in today, that I gained on a trip the previous week. Oh-well the trip was to see my granddaughters whom I totally worship! I love the miracle muffins that you intro’ed my to in your video. I just got through making them for this week. Oh! Congrats on reaching your goal weight. I could really tell by your videos that you were losing, as you could really see all your progress, that you were losing, by the way your face was changing! I hope you’re having a great week, ma’am! 😎

    Last week I was on holiday, so I prepped some meals the week before and put them in the freezer. So it's easier come back to my WW routine.

      I prep a broccoli & rice mash for myself. I am thinking my next prep Iwill do a rotissiree chicken like you do boil it to pieces & broccoli with 2 laughing cow wedges,and have a chicken broccoli mash.

    I struggle to prep meals because am the only one at home on WW. I was doing really good for the first 3 weeks. Now am kinda of slipping😔😔
