  • In this video I share what I am eating on a regular basis and how I have cut back on gluten and refined sugars in my diet. Also, a big grocery haul! You will find the grocery haul around the 7:15 minute mark.
    I hope this motivates you in any way if you are wanting to make some shifts in your diet.

    What foods make your body feel good?

      I fell better when I eat Whole Foods ,,veggies ,fruits ,oats & chicken and eggs.

    You are my sons age.He was born in 1984.I am 55 the pains get much worse. I am fit, but it gets harder ,,,the older you get to keep it all together.The grocery haul was great!!!I can’t find the kids cliff bars either I’m sad☹️

      I’m looking forward to the bars being back. Maybe it’s time I made my own though! 🤔
      The pain I had been feeling is from endometriosis, so now that I have a cleaner diet, it makes a world of difference! I’ve got many years to go, so changing my eating has taught me that eating healthier a can really make a world of difference.

    It took me 3 months to lose 18lbs on weight watchers and I stay in my points but congratulations on your weight loss but I have lost 30lbs before weight watchers

    Eating less bread makes a big different in my weight loss.

    Yes my grocery store is missing some things lately. Mainly, the whole Gatorade aisle has been empty for a few months now.

      I just add water to my power cakes. So I believe I make 15 in 1 batch so its 2 pts on blue.

    Our schools started back full force this month and anything that might go into a lunch box or used for after school snacks disappeared from stores' shelves. Snack bars in particular were hit pretty hard, even the Fiber One brands. Guess those parents need quick to go meals too! You might have mentioned this previously, but maybe I missed it - do you use the muffin recipe on the back of the Kodiak box? I've used that one and it's pretty good, but just curious if that's the recipe you are using for your muffins. I think I'll will be giving that chickpea pasta a try this week. At 50 I'm really struggling with 20lbs and food sensitivities. I've recently started adding digestive enzymes and have added cycling to my exercises. We bought bikes (and helmets!) this weekend to add "lifestyle exercise" into our weekends.

      Thats awesome about your active lifestyle!
      You bring up a good point about the school snacks. As far as the Kodiak powder mix, I just use water! That's it! I use to add banana but have been a little lazy with that!
