    I have a morning fruit smoothie with 1/3 regular almond milk (or OJ) and 1 tablespoon of whole milk yogurt and whatever fruit is in the fridge (usually a banana, orange and blueberries). I add raw ginger which makes it taste so good! I count these points but they are usually in 0-2 range on the Blue plan. Thank you for this video! Your WW ideas have been so helpful! I’m on Day 32 on the plan and am making progress. I love the WW community!

    I have smoothies occasionally and I do not count the points. I am not having multiple in a day so I don’t feel that I am overeating the fruit or vegetable and feel if they are zero points to eat then they are zero points no matter how I consume them.

      I know this is an old post, but I've been learning about why blending fruit might truly have different point values once blended.
      There are both soluble fibres, and insoluble fibers, which each have their own benefits/traits. When we blend the fruit, it changes the way those traits/benefits are absorbed/used by our body, if that makes any sense.
      I recommend looking at some studies that are available online, or TH-cam videos made by nutritionists/professionals on the subject. There is a good one on TechInsider, iirc, which I'm suggesting due to how well he explains the general theory, but there is lots more to know/supporting studies that this video doesnt touch on.

      I have a smoothie a day too.I do count it! It has calories ,,,so yes I do count it.Would I ever go without it No! I love my smoothies.I don’t track points ever.I track calories... nothing is free! That’s just my thoughts on it.

      I have an opinion on smoothies, I typically don’t count it, only if I put non zero stuff in it. That’s just me. And typically I only do a smoothie if I’m truly replacing the meal.

    I lost 20 pounds in 3 months.Have a fruit and veggie smoothie with yogurt and eggs everyday for breakfast and count it as 0 points

    Dear Hannah, First off, you look so thin sence 4 weeks ago. YES, YES, have those smoothies. 6p with food or 6p with blended almond milk, furits & veges and 1teaspoon of a nut butter is the same number to me. You and your busy life with kids should have a .eal thats not stressfull, I myself would rather drink my smoothys in the day ti.e morning & lunch .y coffeemate coffee that i can not do with out. You say all the time what im thinking. PROBLEM, after having my smoothings mid afternoon I look 6 months with child. My TUMMY gets very round. What am I doing wrong.I dont want to give up my drinks. Also I put a little of my coconut coffeemate creamer in it. So im sure brings it up 2 more points. So bad but so yummy. Well good buy this rainy Monday morning, YOU ARE LOSING POUNDS BIG TIME. YOU LOOK GREAT.

      HI, Thats great! If you feel inflamed (bloat) after a smoothie, maybe something in the smoothie that upsets? Not a doctor here, but I can't eat yogurt anymore or have flax seed. Thanks for watching!!

    If smoothies or nice cream or soup is made with zero points...then I dont count the points.

    Don't track! Yes I know what WW thinks but, if you are not over eating the blended fruit or if it's the only fruit you eat that day I wouldn't track. I would never even think about tracking blended or pureed vegetables. I make vegetable loaded soups all the time. I bulk them up with lots of vegetables and yes sometimes I puree them. Now I know that someone's smoothie or soup maybe completely different then what you and I are taking about, it maybe higher in sugar and or fats so each person needs to make their own judgment call. Do what is working for you!

    I occasionally have a smoothie or nice cream and I do not count the points. I do understand why though, and if I had them everyday maybe that would be a different story.....? I do track points and calories though, and when I do have a smoothie or nice cream, the calories are pretty high!!!
