Sublimation requires special sublimation blanks that have a polyester coating. Here are the ones we used in this video: colmanandcompany.com/ceramic-tile-gloss-48s-4.25x4.25in.html
Hello, do you know any one offers print out service from this sublimation printer? I would like to get couple of samples to try, it is such a big investment before even trying it once 😅 i have a crazy art project i might be able to sell if i can do it. Pls let me know. Thx
What sublimation paper(brand name) did you use because I Don't see it sticking to the tile after printing as compared to other paper I once used.
These are beautiful, I would love to try them. How do you hang them on a wall, or what else could you do with them?
Hi! Thank you for sharing this video! Are these sublimation tiles?
Can these be used for regular hot cups coasters? Will the print fade?
How many times can the same finishing sheet be used?
How does it work on floor tile? Does it hold up?
Did you use a coating resin at the end? How can i keep the picture quality safe?
We did not but you certainly could! These aren't transfers, the picture is actually dying the coating on the tile, therefor they hold up very well.
@@ColDesiColmanso it becomes part of the surface of the tile then? So it wont wear off?
How to make the result look shiny after pressing?
Hi there, these blanks come out shiny right out of the press! No extra step needed!
What is the durability of this prints?
Does this take a special tile or just the ones you can get at the hardware store?

Are these tiles standard ceramic tiles or are they specially coated for sublimation
Generally speaking all sublimation requires goods that are sublimation ready, not just standard. Including tiles.
Can I use the same picture to print more tiles? say a hundred?
You can do this same process with the same picture as many times as you'd like!
you can not use the same print, you will have print a new one for each application@@ColDesiColman
@@blackdog60so who is right you or her? since she didnt answer back im thinking its you!
@@ColDesiColmani have a same question, have you ever tried the same sublimation picture? How many times it goes?
Does it matter if the ceramic tiles are glossy? non glossy?
when sublimating tiles you have to make sure they are sublimation-ready. If they are glossy or not just depends on the tile manufacturer.
