When printing on tiles, you need a paper that is designed for a hard surface product. There used to be paper like this available for a laser printer, but not sure if it is still available and how it holds up on the tile.
@@r_guru_tn57 Our products come already coated for sublimation with a polymer coating. We do not have a specific brand name of the coating it just needs polymer coating for sublimation.
In order to sublimate on ceramic tiles, you will need a sublimation printer (starting at $624) and garment heat press (starting at $429). www.proworldinc.com/bun-045.html www.proworldinc.com/heat-transfer-press/transpro-heat-press-machine.html
Is this transferred image durable enough to go outdoors. I want to make some decorative tile to put in a garden area in my yard. I want to buy 12x12 tile from the hardware store and transfer the image but am worried if I use this process the image will fade or be eroded over time.
The tiles we sell on our site are coated with a polymer coating to accept the sublimation ink. Purchasing standard tile from a hardware store will not have the required coating and the image will not dye the surface. After printing the tile, if it is placed in direct sunlight the image could fade over time.
Hi Maria. The settings will vary based on the specific substrate or item you are pressing on. For our sublimation tiles we recommend 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes with light pressure. I have some left over tile i got at Home Depot. Can I use those. If not, what can i do to use them?
Is it just a standard tile or does it have a special coating?

Hi, how durable is it? Maybe it can be installed later on the bathroom or kitchen wall?
The tiles are for decoration only and shouldn't be used for floors, walls, or similar

Yes, once sublimated onto the tile the image will last.
Can u do more than one tile at a time? Also I didn't see the non stick sheets on your website
If the tiles are small - then yes. But I would recommend 1 tile at a time.
Can you do it with household tiles or do you need sublimation tiles.? Thank you
You will need sublimation tiles that contain a coating designed for sublimation ink.
@@ProWorldInc brilliant. Thank you
What kind of printer need for this ? Is it possible for bulk production? How many PCs can take per day calculation?

Can you use Christmas wrapping paper instead of photos to put on ceramic wall tiles. Thanks Geoff
You can tape wrapping paper around the tiles if you wish. These are made/recommended for Sublimation printing.
You can print anything you like on the tiles, just as long as it is with your sublimation printer.
Nice
hello, the ceramic tile need any special coat (polyester coat?) in order to make the transfer? , thanks in advance
In order to sublimate an image onto the tile, it needs to be coated with a polymer coating. The tiles we sell online already contain the coating.
